Costa at pop culture living room deserves a big shout out for showing us collectors how to make these shelves Game changer Glad to see more people are using his ideas instead of spending a fortune on moducases 🙌🙌
Great 👍 indepth Custom shelve tutorial and follow-up video. You did a really good job of highlighting the various aspects and things to be aware of when attempting this kind of project 🎉 Very insightful and informative 👍 Thank you
Yea I love moducases I’d love to own some but the prices and wait times deter me from ordering. This is definitely a viable option that I’m glad I finally did.
Thanks for putting all the info out there! This was a last minute upload sorry i didn’t shout you out. I’m gonna do another shelf soon and on that video I’ll for sure plug you!
What kind of lights did you use? Also was there enough wire to connect the lights from shelf to shelf? Or did you have to buy extensions for it? How did you cut your acrylic? Scoring it With just a razor blade?
That was some great work on your display. I'm using your video as a tutorial for my upcoming build. I just order the shelves from Walmart. And I will be opting to use black PVC sheets for my backboards. They look sleek on yours. What was the thickness of yours, 1/8?? Thank you in advance
Excellent display 👍🏽. Has anyone tried screwing the side acrylic panels to the frame?? Since those wont move , is it possible to uses screws, washers and bolts? Thank you.
I got them off Amazon just search PVC sheets. But I’m sure it would be cheaper to get the pvc sheets at your local plastic store. I used a box cutter to cut mine. The measurements will depend on what spacing you do with your own shelf.
How did you bend the cables for the lights like that? I'm struggling to fit mine into my case because the wires are in the way but yours look like they almost come out at a 45 degree angle
For the lights go on Amazon and search LED shop lights. The foam board is called expanded PVC sheets which I also got on Amazon. The boards that I bought are sold out but you should be able to find them at a local plastics store.

Aye thanks alot! I was self conscious about it because I thought it wasn’t in depth enough so that means a lot 😂
I've been waiting for over a year on my Moducase order and have been very tempted to do this. Thank you!
