I couldn’t agree more. I bought my Chicago 1’s for $447 (no cap) OG all, condition 9/10 from Goat last year (it was from an offer I submitted). After that, Goat became my “go-to” app for shoes, can’t beat those prices.

It’s weird but if it’s a shoe I’m paying resell for and I know I’m going to wear it I would actually prefer slightly worn. Not only for the price but it eliminates the scary part of un-DSing a dope pair of shoes.
I rather just buy them brand new and break them in myself sometimes when you look at a used shoe you can see the lint from the socks they were before or if it's a light color shoe you can see that foot the sweat foot pattern from their sock and it for me it gets me grossed out I'll go check how much it is brand new and if it's you know less than $100 to buy a brand new I really just buy a brand new I'm not going to buy a used shoe for 500 bucks when I can have it brand new for seven I'm just saying some new shoes yes I'll get but they have to be I don't know they had to be really taken care of for me to buy them because I mean yeah you get it for cheaper and a little more beat up but they already put their imprint on there and if your foot doesn't match their foot you're going to have problems walking around
Nothing wrong with copping used shoes. My Supreme Uptempos and a pair of Galaxy Zoom Rookies were used but in great condition. As long as the condition isn’t bad then you’re in the game.

takes bout a week or two because they have to undergo a process to make sure the shoe is authentic

STANDARD which has to go thru goat first for authenticity inspection.

My problem with the goat is their ability or I should say inability to authenticate whether the shoe was used or new. Authenticating whether it’s a replica or not they are really good at. But out of four suede Jordans that I’ve got, three of them have had damage in the suede and clearly had been worn a couple times. Scraping on the stars of some fours also. Just keep your eye out when you order from goat. Their authenticators forget to check new to see if the item is new or used when authenticating

i just bought from goat yesterday and i did ship to, because i believe what “store” means is that you buy the shoe but they don’t send it to you they just “store” the shoe like hold the shoe and whenever you decide that you actually want it sent then they will send it, so if you want it ide say just pay the 12$ shipping fee or whatever

This is true for example if you see a pair of sneakers on goat for $250 in your size once you put it in the cart and get ready for it the taxes will be like $35 plus $5 for shipping if you want them faster it would be $50 plus whatever else so basically whatever price you see just add $60 to it in your head 😭😭bc that the real price

I heard after you checkout and buy it and they are shipped after they arrive to the border there’s fees to get them across from the US to UK which I’m not sure about if it’s true or not....

No they arent used. They’re either B grades, meaning there was a small mistake cosmetically but the shoe is stil legit. It could also mean the shoe doesn’t come with the original box or the box is just missing the lid

I bought 4 pairs of sneakers off goat the past year and change.
1st time they sent me the totally wrong shoe, I hate having to return things through the mail
2nd time my 12’s had a big crease in the front
3rd time my 4’s came perfect
4th time my 1’s had leather peeling off the back
They are a huge hassle to deal with when you have to return something because it was their fault. I personally will never buy from goat again, they have no quality control. 1 out of 4 pairs were good. Beware
