I am from Mulshi and not sure if I am happy or sad seeing this development in Mulshi. At one point, it is good to see the development, job creation due to the IT park, but on the other side, this is losing its eco-diversity and in next years, I doubt there might not be any more greenery left in my Mulshi. In addition, the sad reality is that NOT even 1% people moving into these houses are from Mulshi,
