Dude does not know how to jump start a vehicle. For one you don't have the head lights on while charging it cause it drains the battery as fast as you can charge it.
Use good jumper cables and another vehicle to jump it with...those cheap ass jumper V packs are garbage...I would pull the battery out and put it on a trickle charge over night and keep the battery in a warm place while charging...
