The best thing about this movie is (well what I think) Kaiba showing his respect for Atem! I love how he referred to the millennium puzzle as “my millennium puzzle” but doesn’t ever wear it or tie it somewhere like a trophy. Which he could’ve done! Even if he never believed them, he still knows how important the puzzle was to Atem and Yugi. He could’ve just tossed it around and just thrown it at Yugi to complete but he doesn’t. He kept it with him (how I don’t know) the entire time! I especially love when Kaiba sacrifices himself and is about to disappear. He still never let it touch the ground! He made Yugi take it first and then fell. I wonder if Atem had come out and had somehow miraculously been beat, if Kaiba would’ve kept the puzzle or given it back to Yugi?? Also, when Diva came and the power went out I wonder if the puzzle would’ve fallen (without the levitation tube thingy) cause it never showed when Kaiba took it back, the last we saw it Yugi put it together, Atem didn’t return, and it was floating back up somewhere. And yet there it was in Kaiba’s hand..
I remember reading this comment a few weeks back and I now have a headcannon for no absolute reason😂 Okay so Yk how you pointed out he kept the puzzle with him the whole time? I now have a headcannon that when he would go to sleep (if he ever did-) he would sleep with it in his arms because he didn’t want to run the risk of someone breaking into the vault and stealing it. Also when he’s working at his desk he’ll have beside his computer
I've been a fan of Prideshipping for a long time. And then the movie comes out and I thought I was dying! Yami / Atem (u) is in my opinion the only one who can achieve the Seto sympathy. I spent the whole movie with Seto in the hope that they would meet again. What they did after the duel, we can certainly think! XD
I LOVE this movie! I was worried with how the Pyramid of light turned out.. but this doesn’t even compare to it! This was one of the BEST sequels of a show I’ve ever seen! ATEM WE LOVE AND MISS U SO MUCH🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

He opened his mouth to speak but didn’t. “Kaiba?” Yami started to see the other’s body trembling. “Kaiba! Are you okay?” Kaiba turned back to look at the Pharaoh. “You’re crying...” Kaiba wasn’t full on sobbing but tears occasionally fell, in a somewhat rhythmic pattern. “Thank you, Atem. I should go.” He turned to leave. “Wait! Kaiba!” Atem grabbed his arm. “Why are you thanking me?” “You and your Aibou taught me many things, friendship, compassion, loyalty there was tons of other but most of all-“ Kaiba chuckled, “-love.” Atem stared at him, “Kaiba...” “I thank you for that.” Kaiba pulled Atem in for a hug, “goodbye... Pharaoh.”
It's the lightning I think, before the glowy millennial puzzle I wish we could see him out of it to see him more and correctly as well but it cuts it off short, shame 😢
