Your black Poodle doggie is so cool. He reminds me of our Malty poo. We can take him around the neighborhood without a leash and he won't stray. But we do use a leash so he can't be hit by cars speeding by.
Aubrey it's nice to see that you are getting some battery power and inverter, but I feel that with the boat size and power draw I do think that a 5kW inverter would have been better. I also think that you should have 6 batteries and not 5, then you could run a 24V system instead of a 12V system halving the current drain. How are the batteries going to be charged? You were on Rick's boat (SSL) and check out his now new system and what he is able to run. Also see what Colin from Parley Revival have done regarding batteries and charging. Also see what Jason and Nikki from Gone with the Wynns did regarding their battery and charging ability. A lot to think about.
Hey Guys !! Soooo cool you went with Renogy. They hooked me up with 2 of the 3000watt inverter chargers and their solar ( 900 watts ) and Solar controller and It is sooo much better that Victron gear my friends have. I can run ALL my electrical toys endlessly with the twin 3000's and they never clip or blink when running my 5000btu a/c and hot wayer heater or coffee maker and lighting at same time. I Love Renogy Gear !!!
Good Video ! I Would have liked to see a Min. 1” air Gap between battery’s. The Sides of Battery’s can Get very Hot 🔥 during charging. But , besides that Battery box is Top notch ! When I saw it going in Raw wood , I was hoping you would Glass it / Seal it. I Also Recommend: 1) putting a Thin piece of Rubber Matt under the Battery’s for impact resistance. 2) Glass the Batt. Box in place to the Hull or secure by some means.
if it isn't too late by now. Be sure to check the distance the hinge door to make sure it will be able to swing open. I noticed there seems to be a pretty close distance where the door is going.
I was a bit unclear on this as well. It seemed like it was cranking over just fine. I was thinking maybe some air getting in the fuel line. Diesels hate air
@@socomon69 one thing you could do if there is two of you instead of using ether is a rag with gas on it and wrap around the intake filter and crank the motor as soon as it does that the alternator will kick in and should give enough volts to the selmoid to open and allow diesel to get to the engine

As it started when you had the batteries charged up I believe the selnoid need more voltage to open it
