I honestly agree. I have a multiverse of my own where the same principle applies. Monsters are made of hope… if the monster loses some hope then their HP is affected. Sometimes, if a monster’s HP is affected the same applies to ATK and DEF.

I would like to see their reaction to Underplayer, it would answer some of their questions, but I'm afraid that it will finish their psyche. Yea, human deals to sans critical hit, but we cant see his health bar nor how he dies, even sound of him dieing cant be used as fact for him dieing, sound when monster escapes battlefield exactly sameas if he died. He slept before humans kills him. In hotel of snowdin we can talk to bunny which tells us that sleeping fully recover HP. So if Sans survived 9999999 dmg, We can say he has at least 10000000 HP because of sleeping, but ur theory about hope of sans is just great.

one thing i would like to clarify is that Chara does not have a specific gender; there is no canon gender to them. i have noted that you keep using she for Chara instead of them, so i wanted to correct you
I know Chara doesn't have a gender, but I like to believe that monsters live longer than humans, so I believe that at the time they fell underground, there wasn't as much knowledge and acceptance about LGBTQIA+ and because of this Chara uses female pronouns (The creator said that Frisk can be the gender the player feels more comfortable with, I think that includes Chara), but thanks for correcting me

Oh a good one for them to react to would be your best nightmare. I've only found two reactions to it which I find weird due to how investing I find the end of it to be. Another good one would be videos that show the 'player' pulling the strings, a lot of gachas let them blame frisk or chara when we get off scott free.
If you make them react to alternative universes/timelines, they should really react to "The thought" ("Seraphim Sans"), is really good

They are not surprised by Sans throwing Frisk down the hall, but by Sans changing the size of the attack box
