"Private dining room." Thank god for that.
I hate getting interrupted by strangers who want to dine in my Penthouse
😂😂😂😂
I had the exact same thought! I was like private? Aren’t all dining rooms? 😂😂
😂😂😂
Lol!
😂😂
Why they all talk about the owner entertaining the guests? If i owned a house like that, guests better be entertaining me for inviting them..
Lizard Gandalf hahahahahaha!!!!!!! Agree!!!😄😄
Kkkkk GREAT!!!!
Haha love it
haha was just about to ask
I would not ask anybody up there. You see enough people all day long. This is a nice size GET AWAY!
I like how she said "for only 25 million" with a straight face
Not totally unheard of in that area!
I mean she is an agent, so she must have seen greater prices than this
@Alden Buyer I think she did a good job keeping her composure when revealing the price... although they mightve done that part over a few times, we dont know haha.
Transactions like these happen all the time by the same people that keep telling you we can’t afford to pay people a living wage 🙄

I do this every time
Every day
Vital items for a library:
1) A wet bar.
Unnecessary items for a library:
1) Shelving.
2) Books.
Well of course they can't have books in a library with a bar as the drink would spoil the paper. 🤣🤣🤣
Lol!
I think the room next to the library would make a better library, then the library could be used as a lounge.
I think rich people read a lot of books
Am I blind or were there no books and shelving in the “library”?
They just need a place to put a couple kindles.
ammiel dead💀
I don’t think anyone lives there yet. Notice the kitchen shelves are empty. No clothes in closet. I think it’s staged furniture to do a showing
Probably why it was labeled as "sitting room" on the floorplan. It has couchs, for sitting.
dont need books we got tablets now
This is a nice presenter, normally these real estate agents are so cocky, she’s chill
Exactly, I thought so, too. I don't get why so many here criticize her words.

She has a really calming, pleasant personality. Refreshing to see.
That, and she is the first person I’ve seen showing units like this on TH-cam that doesn’t seem to have an ego the size of Manhattan.

The view from this apartment is just mesmerizing. Just imagine how beautiful it must be by night
yeah nice views of a concrete prison lolz.
Absolutly 💫
@Glamorous Taee you don't know it's filthy and smelly. You are behind glass windows and this smelly city is very beautifull 😄
hannibd I feel like it wouldn’t even look real
that balcony is extremely dangerous to our democracy.
Unlike many other homes in this series, you could imagine raising children here, after putting protective grills in the outdoor terraces of course
totally agree. The 20,000 foot LA mansions are just impossible to live in, its like a museum. This apartment actually feels like a home.
Must be freezing on those terrazzos.
Im pretty sure she spoke each sentence twice in one way or the other. Reminds me of how i write my theory exams.

She’s the perfect example of getting hired to sell the place just bc she’s pretty and also bc she gave the owner a one night stand.

Honestly out of all the residences I’ve seen this one feels like the most at home for me
Ben Slifkin
Just in general this building has a unique home-feel, unlike the rest of the buildings that vary with lofts, modern, or luxury etc.
This building (30 park place) has other unique apartments that make you forget you’re living in the sky because they built it as a cozy family style home.
It was built by Larry Silverstein (the guy who is accused of planning 9/11.
But even after that, I still love these homes.
Check out TH-cam channel ‘MrAllAccess’ and add 30 park place, you’ll see two apartments from that same building that he’s selling.
I would have so much anxiety if I lived up that high damn. Also the terrace looks terrifying
It does.
SAME!! i was getting anxious just watching this!
And it has to get windy up there. I would constantly be scared of going over the railing.
You get used to it after a couple of months
The fencing should be taller than that😭😭..
Wow, a library with five books and no shelves, so extravagant.
Well, from my window I have a view of where the dumpster used to be before it got set on fire. Don't be jealous!
Avery H 😂😂
😂
Pfff I have a view of chic fil a, starbucks and part of a target superstore.
Alright, why is this so cheap. Who died in there
There is a mold on the ceiling.
I also thought it was cheap considering it’s a penthouse in Tribeca. I think it’s got to do with the recent Mansion Tax in NYC, Forbes did an article on it and apparently homes in this price range are struggling to sell and from what I’ve read, the market has flipped completely to a buyers market. Must explain why this isn’t priced at something ridiculous like $46 million. I’ll link the article in my next comment if you’re interested in the read.

@giv mony it is if basing on location.
giv mony I’m not even that big on the real estate news, but just look at the view that this gives. Then go look at some other videos on this channel, and you’ll see that it’s pretty cheap. I would expect a penthouse like this to be at least 35
This is the most beautiful New York apartment that I’ve ever seen! And I don’t say that easily. I’ve watched Million Dollar Listing New York since it started and I would still rate this one as the best I’ve seen!
I'm currently living in a car but I've got my eyes on a van down by the river but I think I'll buy this penthouse
I just love watching these types of videos *knowing I'll never be able to afford a place like this.*

I would call my helicopter uber if I was that rich of course
nah you'd just go to ur helipad on the terrace
Angeli did a MARVELOUS job on showing this space. Goodness gracious, this place is amazing. Wonderful views, simplicity, clean, functional, every room and design makes sense.
Library more like a li-bar-ry
I'll let myself out.
As a person who's scared of heights every room in that apartment would give me anxiety!
I agree. Every time she walks on to a balcony it gets worse.
You get used to it.
@@justrandomthings319 I've lived my whole life on the 9th floor, still get anxiety standing too close to the banister, so... no.
Same here..Beautiful, but don't do high rise
Look at it this way. It's practice and training for getting over your anxiety!!
It's nice to see a more down to earth real estate agent. Usually we get someone with too much "personality".
This apartments feels warm and every space seems to have a function. One of my favorite tours on this channel.
I like how she says it can be yours for $25M like it’s no biggie
the funniest thing of the whole video "my favorite room of this home is the library" (camera shows 4 books on the table and no actual library"
To be fair for any of these luxury homes, utilities spaces like the kitchen are always state of the art, but you can be damn sure absolutely none of the owners will be cooking.
It's not staged, you moron.

Minimalist interior, which looks great in my opinion
Looks cheap still but a great upgrade from IKEA.
A little icy looking though.

What i really like about this oversized video is that it doesn’t use the word oversized every 2 seconds 😍
Let's just appreciate the interior of this penthouse like wow so modern and minimalist but screams luxury

@@williamchua7261 Yeah, the apartment would be pretty expensive anyway, but with the outside space and genuinely mindblowing views on all sides, $25m seems kind of reasonable.

Love all the books in the library.
I like the "private formal dining room"... is there also a shared or public one? I don´t get it :/

Compared to other prices in NYC, this seems like a steal for 25mil lol
$25 million for a 5 minute elevator ride and a view of the Earth's crust from below. I'm in.
This property is truly amazing 😍.
great content these four seasons residences are the best
I feel like the people who live in these houses never eat because all that’s ever in these fridges are water
Coz after paying for it, they can’t afford to eat anymore. The views are satisfying enough.
That’s usually what they do for open houses
Love this but would never feel comfortable having children with all of those open terraces. Makes me nervous just looking at it
Even if u were on the 3rd floor you’d die if u fell so why not get the tallest apartment possible
The "library" with some coffee table books isn't all white. Amazing!
