Glad you’re finding them helpful. We actually did another interrail during the Christmas period - we just haven’t had time to sit down and edit the videos as we’ve spent the last few months travelling in Japan
Are there any luggage restrictions with interrail? I am not planning to take a backpack but a large suitcase. Is that something I can take on the train? Thanks!
There aren’t typically luggage restrictions on European trains, just make sure it’s fairly easy for you to handle. If it’s large luggage you likely can’t stow it above the seat so be prepared to leave it on the shelves by the door, perhaps out of sight :) you can bring a bike lock if you’re worried about theft but it’s very normal for people to leave their bags here
@@isaacsearle2523 thanks for thé reply! That makes sense!! Im planning on bringing a larger suitcase because I am gonna be travelling for over 2 months! So have tons of stuff! :)
As Isaac mentioned, there’s no luggage restrictions on trains, we have pretty big backpacks, fairly close in size to a medium-large suitcase and it always fits above the seat area or in the luggage area. It’s really rare to find no space for your luggage
@@ruthdecady8018 fair enough. Yes it will fit but just make sure you’ll be mobile enough. I’m just finishing an interrail trip of just over 2 months and just took a 35 litre backpack and small sling bag day pack with me - found it much easier to be mobile and move around cities and cobbled streets than a suitcase :)
You've pretty much cemented my decision to interrail next year, thank you so much for doing this series :)
That's awesome! We just completed another interrail (this time during the winter season). Hoping to release more videos about interrail soon!
