Yes, absolutely gorgeous ❤. I have been searching for a way to make heavy textured art for years so glad I found you!!! Thank you so much for putting your art out there.
A rabbit hunting we will gooooo. This is so beautiful. I’m actually going to give it a try. I might make little space filler wall piece. Oh you do love sending me down the rabbit holes.
Can’t stop thinking about this went into my studio and saw sea shells 🐚 oh my thy would be interesting because of the concave of them a place to sew or even the bottle tops up side down 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Hi Susan, This is gorgeous despite all the things you will do differently next time. As I was watching I could see the round canvas boards I have and don't know what to do with covered with encrusted embroidery and hanging on the wall! Of course this may never happen but it would be a good thing to do with them. Thanks for sharing, looking forward to the next video. 💚💚💚
This is awesome! I'd never heard of encrusted embroidery, but now I think I may be obsessed with it 🙂. Looking forward to your next video on this. And thank you!
I am truly gobsmacked!! This is so absolutely beautiful. Thank you for directing me to this video! I’m definitely going to try to make something like this. You rock, my friend!!! ❤
OMG!!! WOW! This is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! So unique! I can always count on YOU to come up with fantastic techniques I've NEVER seen before!!!!! I will definitely be doing this very soon. I think bead embroidery would be good to add too. And you could make small embellishments, flowers, and bling medallions too. My brain is SPINNING with excitement and ideas! TFS Austin,TX USA
This is absolutely amazing! I had never heard about this and I am amazed! I will definitely try this! I just wish I could have seen you stitch to see how you do it with those ups and downs 💙💜❤️💛🖤🧡💚💗♥️
@@SusanTaylorBrown My English is quite good, but sometimes I lack the words 🤦♀️! I meant how you were able to stitch on top of the high pieces and how you were able to stitch in the lower parts between the pieces that were encrusted by the fabric and that were higher (taller). God, I hope I made some sense now 🤦♀️😂 Thanks, Susan 😘❤️
I kinda live for wonky! I’m primarily an assemblage artist and this is an interesting fusion. Who’s great the first time trying? ….thanks for sharing how you avoided tragedy ….already imagining combinations……🌾 Kath
Didn’t look at all the comments but have you seen DianeSavona art? She has been a favorite of mine for a long time. She traps items just like you are doing. Check her out!

As an abstract artist (painting) this is wonderful! I just started to learn embroidery - this is exactly what I need to try.
Welcome to our wonderful world. I’m just utterly obsessed with creating texture with fibers and stitch. Anything is possible.
What about putting the bottle caps the empty space upwards. Might that be easier to stitch? It looks very interesting!
This is FABULOUS!! So gorgeous. I love your color palette! ❤😊
Just love watching you experiment. As you say, how else will we grow as artists?
💚💚💚
Seeing your work inspires me, it is beautiful ❤
💚💚💚 thank you
It is really beautiful!
I love it. So many techniques.
So beautiful and innovative! I love the improvisational/wingin'-it/fearless way you work. Essence of creative work.
Thank you so much! You are very kind.
This is really a beautiful piece of art!❤
LOVE the texture.
@@SusanTaylorBrown LOL - I think that's more of a THANK YOU!

I have used chiffon to trap objects too so they are semi visible. Love the textures on this!
Yes, that’s another lovely way to add texture.
It is amazing
Everything you do is amazing
I’m so very blessed to know you
As always have a good day

Thank you for sharing and your ideas. Excellent video.
Thanks for watching! 💚😊😊
Loving this textured piece of stitcher x
I have a kinda large frame thing I put my fabric in instead of a hoop. Then you could make a bigger piece with no hoop marks.
I loooove this so much!! 😍😍 what a fun project to play with while practicing my stitches & exploring new ones!

Thanks for the "shout out"
Thanks!
That is so very kind of you. Thank you.
Cool! Did you invent this?
how do you embroider on top of the hard surfaces?
You kind of have to come n at an angle.
