I was inspired to create this style of video by the talented Goodnight Moon / @goodnight_moon_asmr who is incredibly focused on detail and depth of the experience. Her work is enchanting and warm and I admire her very much ♥ Enjoy it! :)

I fell asleep watching it and had a dream in which a giant Sequoia tree was humming a lullaby for me :D You did a really good job with all of the extra sound effects. I'm lucky to have already been there three times and still can't wait to go back. Isn't it absolutely incredible in the wintertime?!? Standing in the valley with snow falling all around is something every person should experience once in their lives.

I’ve been twice, once in summer and once in fall. The snow in fall pretty much ruined all other snow for me 😂 nothing else can live up to that again

I don’t know why but I started crying.... nature is so incredibly magnificent, I’m speechless. It makes you realize how small you are and how insignificant your problems are. Nature is so healing and we’re meant to be closer with it but have lost that connection along the way. Yosemite Park is on my bucket list to see one day now 💕

Nature is truly magnificent. We as people need to respect it more. It may be beautiful, but it also has great power, destructive power at that. It is the greatest force this planet has by far, but yet the most beautiful thing it has too. The only way you can describe nature is that it’s utterly incredible, and needs to be treated better, with so much more respect than it currently has.
Same, and I couldn't explain it? I started feeling so emotional. Although I spent my childhood near mountains, I live in a city now and it's rare that I visit anything CLOSE to this. I think the video made me miss the good old days, not to mention it was a kind reminder of just how beautiful our planet is :(

I discovered this video late but omg...I've played it every night now and it's one of my absolute faaaaaaavorites now. I LOVE LOVE this peaceful video. Maria's soft spoken voice, the gorgeous views and informational tidbits along with the tingling sound effects and white noise (wind, snow crunching) ate perfection. You can really feel her adoration and appreciation for this beautiful place. Also, loved the inclusion of quotes from John Muir. This is a truly fantastic video. In my top five frm Maria, my favorite TH-cam artist.

I know this'll get lost in the sea of countless wholesome comments but I just wanted to say this video was absolutely beautiful. I have always loved nature and I feel like many of us growing up with the internet miss out on the many wonders of the outdoors. This really drove home my love of nature and it was just so relaxing yet breathtaking. I'll certainly be adding the Yosemite valley to my bucket list!

I've realized, by watching old and new asmr videos, that what always makes me go back to the old ones is the background noise. New videos are very elaborated and relaxing but somewhat sterilized... This is video is amazing. I love how we could hear both her voice and chatter or steps in the background! I really miss the white noise effect older, not so perfect audio, videos had!

This video is amazing. It's so soothing and personal, I love it. Not to mention the subject matter, though I have yet to go to Sequoia or Yosimite, I have been to Yellowstone and the Rocky Mountain Nation Park. It was breath taking. The two weeks we we'd split at those places just wasn't enough. There were times I was in tears, it was just so beautiful. It's amazing how these things were made, formed, and how beautiful yet dangerous they can be. I plan to move to Colorado one day, so I can be closer to all these amazing places, plus have a dangerous winter (my favorite kind, I'm not kidding). Now I know I need to go to Yosimite and Sequoia, hopefully sooner rather than later!

I grew up in California about 4 hours from Yosemite, and spent many many days, weekends, and weeks hiking and camping all over the park (not just the valley). I moved away 30 years ago, and this video literally brought so many memories back, a lump in my throat, and joy to my heart. Thank You Maria for this outstanding video. I would say this is one of your best works, but you keep surpassing yourself over and over....

i think i whatch asmr for about 2 years and im being tottaly honest when I say that this was the best video i`ve seen, there is no words for this, i tottaly want more videos like this and im sure tha im not the only one

You see, this is what I want in life: to wake up to beautiful scenery, have a cup of coffee/tea, have my dream job as a writer/author, and live contently. It is my dream to live a life like this. I know I can do it, it is very possible and I can already see myself living this happy life. I’m so glad I get to see videos like this because I get so excited about it, I think “I could be doing that one day.” It’s extremely motivational ❤️
