- Easy Red 2 map editor - testing out a custom map - Company of Heroes 1 Lyon Remake
Here's an overview of a map I've been working on for a few weeks, as well as some thoughts on how I go about testing and revising the way the mission plays out. It's based on the Company of Heroes 1 skirmish map Lyon. Once the ER2 Normady DLC comes out, I'll replaces all these Russian-style buildings with some more French-looking stuff. Let me know what you think!

How come you haven't made a video on it? Or are you waiting for the full animation rework to get fully done?
@@Russell970 tbh I haven't heard about this game until one of my subscribers said they were looking for voice actors. After they paid me I thought I'd give their game a shot. Its actually pretty cool. Needs work but I like it so far... I'm going to make a vid on it soon

No not that I know of, but I haven't looked into it too closely. But the developer has been implementing new features all the time, including more modding support so it might be something they're adding

Is there a way to play with freinds on custom maps?
I assume just create a server and select the custom map you want. anybody with the map installed should be able to join. Haven't actually played much multi-player myself
Is it based off of the 1v1 map or the 2v2 map?
hmmm i kinda remember it being a big skirmish map in COH, like maybe even 3v3 or 4v4?
You do know that you can press B to stop the bleeding
Is there a way to play with friends in a custom map?
i think you both just download it and set up a multiplayer game and select that map. does it not show up?

@@biggiecheese1524 oh sorry I don't have an xbox so I can't really answer. On pc you just get the custom map from Steam Workshop
