Yes, I agree, the preparation for a seasoned (50+ years) politician should be tweeked out carefully... especially by handlers that have far less experience than him. It seems that the more experience Biden has, the more problems he has in presenting content to the public. Trump with just 4 years of political experience was able to communicate noticeably better.
Maybe the answer is to get the least experienced politicians on the ballot and see how well they do in debates. Since Trump is almost as old as Biden, it does not seem to be an age issue... rather it is about experience. If you look at the political landscape for experienced politicians, Biden is at the top and Trump is at the bottom. So maybe just maybe Biden is one of the worst possible candidates as such.

Everyone is forgetting/ignoring Biden being incapable of remembering who he's supposed to call on, the seating charts to identify the reporters, the questions he's suppose to respond to...all these things have to be meticulously planned out and coordinated for each presser. You don't "condition" the American people to accept this, you use these techniques to hide the problems Biden is experiencing.
