- In the third part of my trip down to Southampton I'm swinging by KJ's Cafe to take on their infamous '666 Breakfast Challenge'. This one has been attempted tons of times but only four brave warriors have managed to conquer it.
A bargainous £12 to order. 30 minutes on the clock. Finish it all and you get breakfast on the house! Question is; could I join the pantheon of champions?

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Well sadly there are some places that don't allow you to let it cool down
@@eliasainzworth2184 you see him do it sometimes if he can remember, but when forced to do hot challenges it's best to separate all the big chunks that retain heat well and let it dissipate a bit while you eat some cooler sections first. Strategery.
@@bigjohnbriggs usually the food that's at edges of the plate cool faster. Everything at the the center takes longer to cool

Yeah, I don't know what he was on about. There are other examples: Hates chips (fries), leaves them for the end. Doesn't like hard pizza crusts, leaves them to choke down last.

The absolute refusal to utilize the ingredients to make a badass Breakfast Sandwich is what triggers me.

If they knew you were coming they wouldn't have let you in. That was a small challenge for you. When I read 30 minutes I'm thinking, "is that including his dessert" because he's destroying that so called challenge! Great vid!

@@amakyusa Mainly white bread, as far as I know. Toast with this buttery-stuff, Garlic Bread, Flatbread with Garlic, Chips, Fishfingers. She likes strawberries, though. Except the strawberries, her diet has pretty much barely any to no nutritional value.

Not even being able to eat a hot dog makes Mrs. Beard a pickier eater than a toddler. I hope she takes a daily multivitamin! Also, a food challenge Idea since you love nostalgia... The John Candy movie "The Great Outdoors," he took a food challenge that was 96 oz of prime rib steak plus sides. I don't know what size that would be in European, but it's a challenge you could do at home the next time you get stuck.

You should try the one in Doncaster called "The Terminator Armageddon breakfast it weighs about 20lbs and it has
15 jumbo Lincolnshire sausages (the equivalent to 30 regular sausages), 15 rashers of bacon, 15 hash browns, 15 fried eggs, 15 slices of black pudding, 15 slices of toast and fried bread with butter, 15 portions of mushrooms, 15 portions of baked beans and 15 portions of tinned tomatoes.
