I've got the scx6 jeep, now that thing really is a pain to get the body on. I broke my servo after about 10 minutes with a gentle bump and replaced it with the Powerhobby version of the beast 2000, for a lot less money. With the more powerful servo you won't like the imprecise steering, and will need to fix both panhard mounts. I made a brace for the lower mount to stiffen that up, and bought metal front suspension mounts to fix the upper panhard mount. Altogether this was a huge improvement to the steering ... then a couple of months later the panhard bar ball link (the bent one) broke on the trail and I had to carry the truck back. I have another bent one in there for now, while I look for a better option. Suspension links have all been fine. I reprogrammed the esc, and it's much more controllable now. I also went 1 tooth smaller on the pinion.
I was in on the first pre-order release of the SCX6 Jeep and will be adding a Honcho 6 soon. While I didn't kill the stock servo, like all RTRs, I wasn't impressed and swapped in a Beast 2K. I was at 27lbs stock with two 3s5000 on board. Lots of Treal parts later it's now pushing 32lbs with batteries. And yes, a wet Rx and burnt servo resulted in a 2.5 mile pack out. Ya know what? WORTH IT! If you are only going to built 10th scale courses, do not buy the SCX6. Real world trailing is it's home. Direct power servo, Anti-foams in the tires and shim the diffs then send it. Rod ends wear out fast so carry spares or upgrade the links. I would love to see more 6th scale options and am expecting 6th scale comps to come soon.
The ironic thing about it being such a risk to hike far from the car is that this scale is so much more fun and realistic for mellow trailing. I don't tend to trail my 1/10 scales through easy hiking trails - the movement dynamics at hiking pace just looks like toys to me. I carry them between rock gardens, and they look cool at crawling speeds. This thing moves like a real truck at hiking pace so I actually enjoy that part. Until it breaks 2 miles out, as you said.
I love my SCX6. I got mine just before PBTF. I had a blast with that thing. Met up with a group of really good guys on the last night there and got to really see what the rig was capable o. Need a servo for sure. Other than that I find myself wanting to drive the SCX6. I hope this scale grows more.
I cant wait to see the motor you're working on! I've been hoping you'd do something like a big Revolver so we can have gobs of torque. Although then we'd kind of need a big silent ESC to power it ideally.
I absolutely love my Honcho and agree it's a pain to carry if you have to. It climbs the same incline as my Capra but clearly does not have the same side hill capability. Driving this truck is a completely new experience and after I stopped crying about the money I spent.......I don't even miss the cash now as the stupid smile on my face is worth the price of admission. What other crawler can climb up the basement stairs;-) I look forward to your servo offering as after 20 battery packs, I'm sure there isn't too much life left in the original. Btw, your BEC was a huge help with the stock steering servo!
I think you would love love love how smoothly the Jeep body goes on...first try...every dang time...never freaking misses...my kids have never heard me swear...
i bought mine on launch day last year and i have only had a couple problems, probably 20 hours run time at this point. my axle pin came out and tried to tear apart the steering knuckle but it bound up pretty quick so I noticed it, took the pin out and just kept driving back to the car, this was like a week ago. i had a feeling the servo was going to fail on me but it was about 5 months before it finally went, so i got a NSDRC 2500oz servo. this thing is super bad ass and will tear apart the stock steering if you dont watch the end points, but i did have to warranty it once. overall its my favorite crawler
So glad to watch a very down to earth review of the SCX6. Yes it’s a great rig but the cost to get it, and maintain it, is not financially feasible for a lot of us in the hobby. Thank you John!🤘🏻
Had the same feeling after paying close to 1500 bones for an Xmaxx and batts/charger, only to have a dead steering servo straight out of the box. Love the truck but left a bad taste having a paperweight while waiting for parts. Considering adding an scx6 to the crawler shelf myself, good to hear your no BS opinion on the truck
The servo on mine took a lot of abuse. Too bad Spektrum don't sell a gear set for the stock servo. In my experience the stock servo behaves a lot better if you add an EBEC, the BEC in the ESC loved browning out. The tow strap is definitely the way to go for this truck. I hate wrenching in the field and carrying this thing around is no fun. Driving a truck this big doesn't get boring. It handles unlike any 1/10 and I've found it to be pretty solid.
I thought about getting 1 but still on the fence. Glad to see a 'real' review on this. I wish they would offer this in a kit as I'm sure they would sell much better. I only say that as in all honesty,I had nothing but bad luck with spektrum stuff. So I don't buy any rtr that has spektrum stuff in it,lol
Harden up John 🤣. Climbed up a "mountain" with it and had to carry it down on my shoulder(not broken, steering just lack luster) One of my best days out on the trail. ♥️
I pretty much agree with 100 percent of your issues. I hate the body posts, and it’s so big to tip it up and line up the pins on the Jeep same deal! Taking it out is def a chore! But it is super fun to drive! ✌️🍻👍
Axial/horizon/spektrum whatever it is these days needs to up their servo game all the way around. The only rtr they offer with the correct servo is the utb 18.
I have the SCX6 Honcho as well..I think it stayed stock for about a week (that’s how long it took to get all my upgrade parts)..moved the power button on top of the passenger side fender well & used the spektrum program card to tune the ESC..havent ran into the body pin issue as you have, however the wires for the headlights have been a small issue for me..running the ambers in the bumper & the ditch lights only🤷♂️.. It’s a fun rig & pretty capable for something that size & weight
Nailed it right off the bat in this video. I laughed at my friend real good first time out when his slipper went out and he was carrying it out wuhaha. First thing I did on mine was put the NSDRC 2500 servo in it, treal shock mounts and pan hard mount, and proline super swampers with dual foams. All are a must, that stock stuff was crap out of the box. I really didn't like how much play there is in the ball joints either, and if you think that body was a pain, you should try the jeep...it's stupid. still absolutely one of the coolest RC trucks out there. 🤙
As you well know, I pretty much have one of everything at this point, but I don't have an SCX6... I've driven a couple my friends have, one even on 8S with a Castle System, and they are cool and fun, but as you said, it's just so big. (That's what she said. 😂) I don't really have any terrain for it around me, and since I'm often already transporting the giant Raminator and Mining Truck to events most times, the last thing I need is another large rig. Plus, I can ride the mining truck and raminator, but the SCX6 isn't quite big enough to reliably ride around like a golf cart. lol However, when we were at PLBTF, I could see that's where they really shine! I would definitely probably own one if I still lived in AZ or something.
I've never considered it breaking out on the trail. I take my 1/10 scales on long hikes. I've had to carry them back, strapped to my backpack, a few miles sometimes. But they're all less than probably 8 lbs each. I think 25 lbs would suck to carry, even if I could manage to attach it to my backpack. I still want one tho. Great review. 👍👍
I'm glad I saw this review, it's very down to earth and honest. I was thinking about getting one, but I fear that it'll be like the UDR that I used to have. It broke almost every time I took it out, I wasn't bashing it either. I guess with the bigger stuff you get the realistic experience lol. In and out of the parts store.
Have a Traxxas Xrt, , scx6 and lots of X ray touring cars, trust me, scx6 cheaper then the others mentioned here. Mine has not broke yet, but I don’t send it like the Xrt, and mainly do trail and some none extreme crawling. Only ever been a turtle about 5 times. Will wait for you to do your servo, and motor, hopefully you do an esc as well. Everyone love seeing this in parks or trails. Wish everyone happy trails.
Make sure your battery cable isn't sitting on top of the motor when you try to close is - can interfere with it closing and make pins hard to align. BUT, screw the pins - I got this guy's hood latch system and it's perfect! Hope it's not rude to drop a plug for him: th-cam.com/video/GIM0jRopJGQ/w-d-xo.html Also if you manually move the shift servo, you can get it into freewheel state and tow it out by a rope if you were desperate.
Thanks for the review. It helped me decide against getting one, as I now have less challenging terrain where I recently moved to. I'm content with the performance and cost of maintenance of 1/10 scale trail trucks. 👍
Yeah. I dont have the bank account to upgrade this thing, and even repair hahaha. They are cool. I'd grt one for a yard work horse hahaha. Great review. Very honest. Always enjoy watching. Don't comment enough hahahah. Have a good one man.
I love my scx6!!! But when it dies on the trail.......😭😭😭 I was thinking of some how getting the transmission to go into "neutral" so i can pull it behind me.
I think it seems silly. I really worry about parks cracking down on people using them in areas. Larger size more trail damage and more erosion issues. Not a “toy”… not my thing. Price is also an issue.
The UMG10 has the same body mount system and I always struggle with it. It's nice that it hides the body posts(not that I mine them) but it is a bit of a pain.
Good day like everything in this hobby i hate to say isn't really for kids anymore its getting so expensive and the bigger the vehicles the bigger the expense. I love this hobby helps with my sanity lol but I wish the costs weren't so high. If you were getting quality for your money like your products would be all good but we all know thats not the case. Take care and have a great day to you and all
@@jasonbecker4997 I was around then but where I live it was only a lobo or whatever sears had and RadioShack but like u said they were way out of my price range lol
I don’t see the point in your comment. You can not crawl for free but I am sure you don’t need a 1.000$ 1/6 rig to enjoy the hobby. Nitro 1/8 never have been cheap and it has been around for decades.
Yeah it died on the trail with me the first time out. Had all the extra batteries needed but forgot the adaptor plugs for last batteries to get down the mountain. Carrying a 15 pound sack and another 30ish pounds mile sucked
Love the hinged body more then the jeep body i find it too hard to put back on and im afraid of breaking it so its been my shelf queen till i find a better body. Love the truck but not the body.
The wife comment lolol I would be upset it's a lot for a servo!!! We have the other large truck like a jeepish thing and it hasn't broke yet😅I don't think. Good video. Like the truck, we live by snow so I like to drive it in snow. The body clip system Traxxas came out with is super! They all need to carch on. The gelande 😅great looks but awful clips!!! I agree on only one of these too. But Jason wants the one u just reviewed. Hope he gets over that🤭 Like your shirt.
definitely wont be adding anything over 400 bucks to my not that big collection... really thinking the sendero se at 299 is going to be my next n prolly last rig purchase.. would love the marksman as well.. but the. steering being same as my Wendigo makes me rethink that...but the clean look of it really makes me want it 😂...
Do you think a shv650 would suit this truck? Using one in my TRX4 and its super strong and reliable but what would you think? Just doing a bit of research for now, do want to buy one buy one soon but pricing it up accurately before I pull the trigger. New servos a definite thing to buy before I even run it the first time.
I love it that you are honest no matter what. Other Tubers pee themselves over this thing and say its a blessing from the almighty himself. I didn't believe it a year ago and I don't believe it now. BTW thanks to some guidance you gave me I got my 4 link set up right on my rig. Then I went to order a purple servo.......... much disappointment was had. I bought something else for now until I can find the servo later (if it comes back).
Would love to have one but cost keeps me out can't wait ti see what u come up with for this I still need one of your 42 size motors for my old lst2 also could u point me in direction I got a 2500 v2 as give last year and only ran few tes and went to change pinion and had to cut it off and slightly got into shaft wondering is there a way to replace it because it's still so new or do I just shelf it if it wasn't a gift I wouldn't worry but we don't really have income to buy things like this and hate to if I ruined something at the time my girl work so hard to get for me keep up great work and everyone have a wonderful day.
It's cool but defiantly not for me, got out of the 1/5 scale petrol side of the hobby cause they were taking up too much room and got fed up of lugging them around , especially when they were covered in mud, 1/10 scale is the perfect size imo, take up less room so you can have more of them lol
I've supported Reefs for years and have several 555's and winches....but $400+ for a servo....that's a crazy mark-up. I'd never buy it. I'm honestly curious how it would drive with a 1000kv Revolver and a Momba Monster. I run a 1000 Revolver and the MMX on my 35 pound BC8 Mammoth and it runs extremely well and is fast as a stock SCX6....and what about a smaller 1300+ Oz of torque SHV800(and lose the heavy spare tire). You'd loss several pounds too. Just curious. You have the stuff on-hand...why not?!
@@rc-daily I seen that. Those are awesome torque beast. Outrunner make incredible torque....that's why I have so many Revolver's in my fleet regardless of the little bit of noise the esc causes the motor to make.
@@tomlucasrccrawlers9108 I can't count how many revolvers I have. I have a few crawlmaster mini escs too. I love how silent they are but for me they haven't been what I'd consider perfect or awesome.....
@@rc-daily Is it the way the Revolver's act with the Crawlmaster Mini? I'm extremely happy with my Revolver with Mamba X's. Except the noise on video. In real life it isn't bad...its just when I make videos the speaker really picks-up the sound. But low-end control, torque, speed, run-time....nearly perfect. I want to try the 2500kv 10-pole Revolver....see how I like it.
@@tomlucasrccrawlers9108 the revolvers seem great with about any esc. The cm minis run them perfectly but I've noticed they run super hot. I've even had one melt the motor wires off the esc multiple times. They were supposed to be 4s capable and all this wonderful stuff but I haven't been impressed. I honestly think the micro x 2 is a better option. I've heard about tuning the cm mini but it's not like I can plug it into a computer and do whatever like I can a castle product. With a hobbywing they have the Bluetooth stuff or the little program boxes. With the cm mini it seems like it's a foreign language. Maybe I'm an idiot about it too though lol🤣
My scx10 iii bronco clip could only go in one direction with bend in the clip only facing forward or rearward. It’s what ever the servo ahh there’s people that sit on them seen person then they drove it for the weekend. Cost of the rig is equivalent to my 1/10 crawlers so ah the complaint is irrelevant I feel. Honestly it’s better because your not getting a gigantic brushed motor. -surprised you didn’t complain about foams that to me would be included in buying one. Cannot stand mush tires 😂. Can’t wait to see what size coke can motor you drum up. Think I like the jeep better but with the top Cut off like what exocage did. Maybe will have a 16LB belly dragger out of these 😝
All very similar concerns. That I have with my large-scale stuff (1/5 scale and Giant scale aircraft) I haven't got this beast yet but I've been thinking about it. I like the honcho body much better than the Jeep. I probably wouldn't go hiking with a vehicle that size... But I bring a dog leash with me for my Outcast and my 5B for when it runs out of gas and I have to tow it back 😳🤣 at least the big bashers freewheel when dragging them. I don't imagine that thing free Wheels very well?
The scx6 is awsome but definitely the electronic upgrades that are inevitable make it like a 2000 dollar rc and then all the tuning expenses like tires wheels foams is what made me not get one 1/10 scale is much more affordable and I enjoy rc crawling when I travel so a 6 wouldn’t make sense
I always figured this as a flagship/youtuber hyper rig outside of the reach of the common man. I had the market all wrong, as tons of people are buying these. It's like Bugatti normalizing million dollar cars. I doubt they even expected so many people to spend that kind of dough on an RC. Though it's fair to mention there were uber expensive racing RC's in the 80's and 90's where people were spending a grand in old timey dollars on their setups. Compared to that this is a golden age of value for dollars RC.
I doubt I’ve ever spent less then $1000 on any of the 20+ crawlers I’ve built over the years. Had $2k into a wraith at one point😂 Scx6 doesn’t seem out of line price wise imo
Who’s runs 4s on the stock setup? My friend and I have one and really enjoy them. They are a blast to trail, we don’t rock crawl really. I would buy again if I had to go back in time.
To answer your question, I do own a rig big enough that I hate to carry it…an Xmaxx. Killing the batteries any distance from the vehicle will lead to adult language.
theres no way i can buy one so i built one . i used a rc4wd iron hammer chassis $150 , injora scx6 axles $200 , hpi savage transmission had it, integy kraton 6s piggyback shocks upgraded to viton o-rings and fox shock 10w oil in them $130 , dc motors DC35wDS servo (500 oz)$30 , injora drive shafts that i sleaved with carbon fiber tubes $30 , max6 combo $260 , shyfly gt7 $80 , mud slinger 3.8 tires on truggy wheels $120 , dyi carbon 4 links with oil lite bushings , body is 1.5 m carbon 3k plates , i bead blasted the cage and fit the tranny in then tig welded bracing around the tranny so it wouldnt fold over then powder coated it neon green after i test fit and made shock mounts where i wanted them . ive bashed this thing hard and so far ive twisted a drive axle on the front after doing donuts on tar . its bomb proof and am so glad i built it !!
@@HolmesHobbies thank you it means a lot coming from you ! rc4wd iron hammer chassis is the best tube chassis ive ever seen ! you can put a scx6 in that cage with very little change . add sway bars and its awsome trail with a set of black mamba tires on it or rock machine with bully comp tires
It is is tough truck. I’ve abused mine whore through front axle housing still haven’t broke anything. Give it a chance. I love mine put a Xmax body on it climbs way better
How I consider myself a Goldilocks in this situation it's too big 18th scale and 24 scale are too small 10th scale is just right its hard to find a spot to use it
Sure it's going to cost one a lot more then the original purchase price, because it is after all an RTR. And I've spent tons of money on its smaller 1/10 scale brethren. But I like the size of this monster. So much that I made an 1/6 scale Jeep from a Nylint body and a Wraith (Before Axial built the SCX6). video of that If ya actually care th-cam.com/video/8knaI0NuQI0/w-d-xo.html and the chassis th-cam.com/video/J1BMM51y25M/w-d-xo.html So I bought one of these too (cheaper then my custom made Wraith/Nylint 1/6th scale welded up chassis, homebrew. I'll look forward in spending twice its purchase cost to bring it up to snuff. Well maybe not... but I will !? LOL As far as hiking it home for repair ? Why hasn't someone designed a backpack for that purpose ? I'd buy one 😉 for sure. I've carried 100lb back packs before (military/camping). So I don't think a 25lb or 30lb backpack would be too difficult to sport !? Looking forward on spending a small fortune on mine 😯 if it ever shows up 🤨thanks Horizon Hobby for their delay 😐
Lol I'd probably try to sell it broke to some one out thair rather than carry it back. But i allso don't have anyone to give me shit about loosing money on something like that.

Got mine on black friday sale ! Ill be using savox servos , they have been great on all my rigs , great info video , cant wait to build on it
Yeah. I dont have the bank account to upgrade this thing, and even repair hahaha.
They are cool.
I'd grt one for a yard work horse hahaha.
Great review.
Very honest.
Always enjoy watching.
Don't comment enough hahahah.
Have a good one man.
Right on
Welcome to the family.
Hobbywing makes spektrum for horizon so that explains why it's almost good.
I have all treal axles and linkage and it's a 30+ pound rig but luckily it's only had one breakdown on the trail
Output bearing blew apart on my stock servo as well. 2 runs on the rig.
Holmes ,would it be possible to have a steering damper like a real truck ???
could...
@@HolmesHobbies do it dude 😎
The UMG10 has the same body mount system and I always struggle with it. It's nice that it hides the body posts(not that I mine them) but it is a bit of a pain.
Good day like everything in this hobby i hate to say isn't really for kids anymore its getting so expensive and the bigger the vehicles the bigger the expense. I love this hobby helps with my sanity lol but I wish the costs weren't so high. If you were getting quality for your money like your products would be all good but we all know thats not the case. Take care and have a great day to you and all
It’s always been an expensive hobby.
You should have been around 25 years ago. Things were more expensive and not nearly as good.
If only someone released some crawler in say a 1/24 or 1/18 scale...
Hobby grade rc has never really been for kids… and how could you say that anyways…
There are plenty of entry level rc rigs for 300 in all categories…
Yeah it died on the trail with me the first time out. Had all the extra batteries needed but forgot the adaptor plugs for last batteries to get down the mountain. Carrying a 15 pound sack and another 30ish pounds mile sucked
I would certainly bring a leash, er tow strap for it.
Another great video . The money issue is very important cause it would be around 1600$ with a battery and another servo .
I must be hearing things, I could have sworn you said that was a $400 servo
Love the hinged body more then the jeep body i find it too hard to put back on and im afraid of breaking it so its been my shelf queen till i find a better body. Love the truck but not the body.
No way no how I never thought I would see a clip of crip Mac on Holmes hobbies video that is 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍
A big revolver motor would be cool
one of the other reviewers had really nice clips mounted to the bumper in the front. looked easy.
good idea
The wife comment
lolol
I would be upset it's a lot for a servo!!!
Hope he gets over that🤭
Like your shirt.
thank you
The first thing I did was put in a NSDRC RS2500 servo in it and its a different rig now. Stock one is definitely junk.
Someone has a springy clip system to put in place of the body pins now. I think Harley mentioned it?
which servo is best for the honcho reefs 1000, reefs 2000, or nsdrc rs2500 v2?
all good choices
definitely wont be adding anything over 400 bucks to my not that big collection... really thinking the sendero se at 299 is going to be my next n prolly last rig purchase.. would love the marksman as well.. but the. steering being same as my Wendigo makes me rethink that...but the clean look of it really makes me want it 😂...
Me so far i just love it.
They are going to have to drop the price a few hundred bucks minimum IMO. 800$ is still a big nut when you consider the mandatory servo
Reefs Beast 2000 is expensive US 400++ (exclude shipping).. hope you will produce suitable & more affordable servo for SCX6.
It needs a 2000in/oz heavy duty 1/4 scale servo at a minimum really.
That's going to be a pretty big ass trailer
I don’t think I’ve ever seen your work bench surface before 😂
I love it that you are honest no matter what.
Just bought one.. good to know hh is gonna support this model.. is a revolver or puller pro option coming?
Yep
Outstanding. I will be patiently waiting for the release..
I'd love for my neighbor to get one. He he he. I only just got a Capra, so a few more years and I'll be on board.
Even with my smaller rigs I carry a rope or a couple shoe strings
It's cool but defiantly not for me, got out of the 1/5 scale petrol side of the hobby cause they were taking up too much room and got fed up of lugging them around , especially when they were covered in mud, 1/10 scale is the perfect size imo, take up less room so you can have more of them lol
This is why they need to provide a kit option.... pick your own electronics.
Joe Collins @exocaged put that giant 3brc outrunner on his. It was awesome!!!
Think I like the jeep better but with the top
Cut off like what exocage did. Maybe will have a 16LB belly dragger out of these 😝
It's beautiful and I'm sure a lot of fun but, yeah, while I think it's priced fairly for what it is, I'd have a lot of trouble justifying it.
I don't imagine that thing free Wheels very well?
are you ever going to make 1/24 1/18 motors
We have 050 motors and 180 motors will be out soon, the 380 v2 is also available
I got mine on a black Friday sale last Thursday for under $600
nice!
Totally agree
are you gettin the trx6 ultimate hauler?
no plans as of right now
I always figured this as a flagship/youtuber hyper rig outside of the reach of the common man.
It wasn’t uncommon to have $1000+ in a 2.2 pro MOA comp rig either 10 years ago if you went with quality electronics
I keep on 3s since at launch I saw some do fine and some go up in smoke.
My wife sed right away the scx6 was out of my budget 😂.
Put zip ties on the pins to pull the zip tie and pull the pins out or body clips whatever you want to call them
good idea
To answer your question, I do own a rig big enough that I hate to carry it…an Xmaxx. Killing the batteries any distance from the vehicle will lead to adult language.
On 55th!😂😂
I've had mine for 4 days so far and yes, it's already turned itself off.
Mama monster x 8s and a castle 1520 center
I've wished for u to make a 5th scale motor and or servo that's a monster for say my kraton 8s. 💯🙏
yes shout out to holmes hobbies n my man crip mac lol
keep it 55th
I feel that, like the UTB-18, it's a "Go Nowhere" platform. I'll pass thank you. Great video !
AGFRC make a killer 78kg servo, I bash the crap out of one in my Kraton 8s EXB
Hi everyone great video. How about a XMaxx for a tow rig?
theres no way i can buy one so i built one . i used a rc4wd iron hammer chassis $150 , injora scx6 axles $200 , hpi savage transmission had it, integy kraton 6s piggyback shocks upgraded to viton o-rings and fox shock 10w oil in them $130 , dc motors DC35wDS servo (500 oz)$30 , injora drive shafts that i sleaved with carbon fiber tubes $30 , max6 combo $260 , shyfly gt7 $80 , mud slinger 3.8 tires on truggy wheels $120 , dyi carbon 4 links with oil lite bushings , body is 1.5 m carbon 3k plates , i bead blasted the cage and fit the tranny in then tig welded bracing around the tranny so it wouldnt fold over then powder coated it neon green after i test fit and made shock mounts where i wanted them . ive bashed this thing hard and so far ive twisted a drive axle on the front after doing donuts on tar . its bomb proof and am so glad i built it !!
sounds awesome
@@HolmesHobbies thank you it means a lot coming from you ! rc4wd iron hammer chassis is the best tube chassis ive ever seen ! you can put a scx6 in that cage with very little change . add sway bars and its awsome trail with a set of black mamba tires on it or rock machine with bully comp tires
So, what you're saying is, you need a tow rig or something to trail it from the car to the trail 🤣
kinda
@@HolmesHobbies I have a folding radio flyer wagon that works perfect for rc cars, tools, and spare parts
I swear I read "homeless hobbies" on the first glance ;)
lol!
Daft Punk was right.
“Buy It, Use It, Break It, Fix It, Trash It, Change It, Mail, Upgrade It”
It is is tough truck.
LOL
As far as hiking it home for repair ? Why hasn't someone designed a backpack for that purpose ? I'd buy one 😉 for sure. I've carried 100lb back packs before (military/camping). So I don't think a 25lb or 30lb backpack would be too difficult to sport !?
Looking forward on spending a small fortune on mine 😯 if it ever shows up 🤨thanks Horizon Hobby for their delay 😐
Liked 👍 & Sub’d ✅ I’ve seen that most run a separate BEC for the steering servo.
Thanks for the sub!
you nailed it on servo!
i have been waiting for you to make a servo before i buy one!
If I'm going to pay that kind of money I get an x-maxx
Lol I'd probably try to sell it broke to some one out thair rather than carry it back. But i allso don't have anyone to give me shit about loosing money on something like that.
