Playing vanquish soul and I can say even if it’s not the very best deck, it’s very solid and resilient. You mentioned that evenly can be good against the deck but you can play around it if you have snow devil with three attributes in hand. This is because if you get evenly matched you banish everything but the snow devil meaning that you can board wipe them in main phase two. Granted you had Razen in hand you will have a decent follow up.
VS is such a fun deck, and i think it will continue seeing multiple tops! the problem is, while it can play around going 2nd cards, it needs snow devil to do that...
@@wildmotor83 that's funny. Just cause they run shifter doesn't make it a top deck. If that is your agruememt then every deck that can main and run shifter is a top then. Just cause a deck runs shifter doesnt mean shit.
As a vanquish soul player i disagree with this. Yes because it can play shifter it can be very good but if you don’t open shifter you lose. Destroying cards this format is very bad
Its not all about shifter though, the decks ability to play tons of other hand traps with shifter is whats important. Shifter is just the autowin vs many decks. As far as destroying, you're right, but IMO VS is at its best when its playing the advantage game by drawing cards and getting resources before making a push for game
@@pizzaiolokavesh1176 I would play it over everything but FK, R-ace, and Bystial Runick. Not necessarily because they are better decks but because of comfort with the deck.
