Thank you jii i just learned what the concept about.... From your loved lecture...keep continuing help us more
Very good explanation Sir,,,, much better than IIT lectures
Don't compare broo..if u master in mathematics IIT lectures are high on level🔥
you're explaining so well, but please look out for your hand writing!
Well done. Keep going 🤗
please help me to understand
@@siphesihlemzobe9777 check my last video. I tried to explained these concepts with a little bit of 2D animation. If you want further help you can contact me anytime
Thanks sir very useful video
good explation sir, please write clearly
Very helpful video!!!
Thank you sir.
Well explained! thanks.
Thank you sir .This is very helpful .
Phi is in degree or radian in bearing capacity factor?
what r u using to write on screen? is it digital pen or something?
Right..
He's writing with an ink pen onto his monitor
What is 1 represents which mulitplied with unit weight for finding weight in zone 1
Better explanation ....But font was not good
Sir why we represent the loading coming to the soil as qu.Actually we need to represent with either qg or qn but you represented with qu why? and that too qu is the strength the soil can carry without shear failure please reply sir.
How can we calculate the bearing capacity of soil under the off reload track system???
very nice videos
Thanks Vivek :)
sir I want to know, when value of C is taken why we use (ad*1). explain sir please.
sir how moment is calculated here and it not equals to zero?
is it necessary to memorize formula of terzaghi's bearing capacity factor?
thank you
please try to write in good hand writing, you are explaining them well.
what about the other value of "fi" it doesnt statisfy the equation of bearing capacity factor
Sir, why failure surface changed from log spiral to linear (zone 2 to zone 3)
Zone 1 is considered an elastic wedge since it is observed to move with the base of the foundation essentially due to cohesion and adhesion with the foundation base.Zone 2 is transition from elastic to plastic state which is represented by a logarithmic spiral. Zone 3 is a fully developed plastic zone which is a Rankines passive zone similar to that of soil behind a retaining wall under passive pressure (ie why boundary of passive zone makes an angle (45-phi/2) with horizontal). Refer Rankines earth pressure theory for more.
Kp gamma same as in earth pressure theory?
Yes
@@APSEDUVERSE It is not
Kp gamma is assumed by Terzaghi there is no method to calculate the value
Please upload all the concepts of other subjects like u have done with geotech.... as soon as possible...
why we have considered widhth of soil as '1'?
Waveeee nice sir
what is log spiral?
How to calculate bearing capacity factors
👍
Sir (csinfie) kese aaya?
How to find bearing capacity with N
How ad can be the value of C
C is the cohesive force whereas c is the stress with unit Kn/m2. We can write the stress as force/area so the area is adX1, ad is the length and 1 is width.
sir please write clearly.and explain with a numerical also
Hii sir , plss sir .... Slove this problem plss sir ........
Problem
In a field density test, the volume and wet weight of soil obtained are 785 cm' and 15.80 N respectively. If the water content is found to be 36%, determine the wet and dry unit weights of the soil. If the specific gravity of the soil grains is 2.6, compute the void ratio.
Bhai bohot easy hai.
Wt/vol. = Wet unit wt.
Dry unit wt = wt unit wt/ (1+ water content)
Dry unit wt = G* unit wt of water/(1+e)
kuch pta nhi lga sir
Handwriting lets that presentation down
Bakwas pura ka pura
Khud seekh k aa pehle
Sir ager hindi mai padhiye to jada samj aye ga
