Hiya! That's right, it costs 128 pounds starting this intake. The shared spaces (kitchen, toilets, and corridor) will be cleaned every 15 days i.e. alternate weeks. However, the students/residents need to clean the shared spaces regularly. A planner will be provided and the residents can make a weekly cleaning plan. There would be a shared space inspection once a month.
7 people in the flat shown in the video. Although, there are different types of flats with different pricing which you can check on the accommodation site.
Hi did you guys face any problem in sharing 1 washroom + 1 shower. It is only for 7 people right so will this pose a problem? And also there is a catering package that is available so is there a mess in Wessex lane halls?
After a couple of weeks everyone will get set to their individual routine since mostly people would be from different courses, so common washroom was not a big problem. And there is cleaning of common areas in every two weeks as well. The mess is (or was) in the Connaught Hall which is just beside Wessex Lane hall (maybe a 5 min walk).
