@@THGMR-ox7sd Because they didn't give you any clear hints that shinies could be obtained, ways to drastically increase odds of getting them, and most spin-offs don't allow you to get shiny form pokemon.
I’m actually pretty late to the game! Rumble weekend has been a fan event for years now! I only recently redownloaded it on my Wii and it’s been a blast to get back into it and participate!
I was out of town for the weekend and could only hunt for a couple hours on Sunday. I ended up not getting anything this time around lol. This video is from a few rumble weekends ago!
It’s very hard to hunt legendaries in rumble and specifically boss legendaries that are like deoxys. They aren’t guaranteed to show up and you only get one per run. It wouldn’t be something I would ever attempt to shiny hunt in this game but who knows, maybe if I’m super lucky one rumble weekend it could show up
Did you participate in Rumble Weekend? How many shinies did you find?
Shinies in Pokemon Rumble feel more special compared to mainline games, even if they didn't add anything special to them when they could have.

Rumble was literally my childhood, soooooooo glad to see it finally being recognized
