A lot of musicians hate talking about music they like, or music they listen to. So it's nice to hear someone I look up to musically geek out about this stuff like i do sometimes. I have never ever listened to "The Clean" gonna need to check them out.
Ira got his start as a critic so he's always been pretty keen to share his influences and interests. I feel like a lot of artists don't wanna talk about it cause they'll reveal who they rip off lmao.
I always feel like I am getting an education when I listen to Ira...thanks for sharing :)

nice series but the overall production could get much better, I think it's a shame not enough effort is put in it. The really friendly non-hipster host is a big plus btw!
I'll agree with you on the production quality, but in our defense this was one of our first videos and we honestly didn't know what we were doing! I hope if you watch any of our new episodes you'll see a marked improvement. I know Charles and I would love the chance to do it again!

haha, That was Charles taking 1%, I guess the other 99% falls on me (Mark) This one was one of our very first interviews we filmed and there wasn't a tripod in sight back then. Turns out people prefer stable images and good sound - funny that. I think if you have the patience to check out some of our more current interviews you'll find our production levels have improved. Back then it was simply grab the camera and shoot.
