Hopefully these draft picks will turn out well next year. Really want this team to start winning ASAP so then I wont look like an idiot saying we're gonna be better and then sitting thru another awful season
Don't look at wins this year look for culture improvements, and good habits. We got blown out by 20+ more than I've ever seen from any team, we have to take baby steps
Sounds like things are shaping up nicely. Keep VM for now?
He's a very good player superb I love it
Simpson looks good but I don’t know why we need another guard
In the second round it barely matters
Vasa is so much better than this dude man. This guy will be a nice backup PG down the road, but a 6'5 2x Euroleague Finals MVP with phenomenal passing chops is way better at this point. The Micic disrespect is kinda crazy among some Hornets fans (not rly from guys like TrustTheBuzz, but a lot with other ppl), the only issue is that his timeline doesn't fit ours super well.
What’s the word on Miles!?!?
They doing too much for this pg role thing .. bc yeh bro is a good pic but it’s not what we need the most we need a bigman back up and primary .. we need help defensively with three point and rebounding but we will see
My hope is they have a plan. NSJ and Mann are more SG so is Amari Bailey honestly. Issue is our lack of PG depth forced those guy to try to play in spots that’s not best suited for their game. That said hopefully some other moves are made we do have a lot of guards
Tre mann did work at back up point guard i dont know what ur talking about
Tre Mann is fine as like a third PG, his skill set is much better as a two guard where he can show off his scoring ability. His playmaking is a plus
I’ll also admit for Micic and Mann really that them playing PG “doesn’t work” was the wrong choice of words. I should’ve said it’s not the answer to the backup PG issues we’ve faced
@@TrustTheBuzzmicic and Mann still some of the best depth pieces we've had in a while. Drafting these two plus the depth we got at the trade deadline sets us up to do a lot more this year. Like half our team at the start of last season couldn't crack the roster this year
@@foreveretikaspoptart1854 they both are 10x better than Theo Maledon or Fran Ntilikina. By not the answer I’m just thinking future. They are far and away better than options we’ve had in the past. But with Micic being 30 on a 2 year deal and Mann being a RFA, getting Simpson makes sense to be ready for the future
I like Tre Mann's game.
Knicks used their draft pick to take Tyler Kolek. Now Kolek was more on peeps radar than KJ Simpson. Now cryics say Simpson is undersized but raved about Kolek -- who ironically is basically the same size.
Now, I watched tapes of Simpson then watched Kolek who went before him. And Simpson to me is a better prospect. He has off the charts basketball IQ. Has court vision. Has athleticism and bounce Great passer. Deadly 3 point shooter and hustles on defense despite his height deficiency. He's a true pure point guard.
And he was arguably Colorado's best player ahead of Cody Williams and Da Silva.
An A+ pickup. I only wished Hornets had picked another draft to select a Center. We have no depth in that position.
We have Williams& Richards. We need big Wings ❤❤❤704
Micić is a 1
Did I say he was something else? If I did i misspoke
Why did your players leave the team and became great players aka Martin who came to Miami . Or Washington go heat
Washington played just as inconsistently in Dallas as he did here his skill wasn't the problem
@@foreveretikaspoptart1854 yea but Martin to he came to us and was amazing
