Rosie, I have read and watched videos over and over that say you DO NOT refrigerate fondant cakes. But you let them rest in the fridge? I'm so confused. Won't it sweat when it comes out? I've been decorating for almost 3 years but I primarily use buttercream. Can you or anybody explain the dont refrigerate fondant vs it's ok to? Lol Thanks!

one think i like the most about Rosie is she never cut the cake just so the cake looked good. I mean if we have buttercream and fondant why still cut the cake and waste so much amount of edible cake crumbs? Respect!
You kept the cake in fridge before covering it with Fondant I have tried it and it was a disaster as condensation takes place and it makes the fondant sticky and unmanageable
r grey did you use buttercream or ganache under the fondant? Buttercream is really disaster when you take it out of the fridge to cover with fondant it happened to me before. I think ganache will be better
