Alberta Canada busters are so much faster, its actually unreal.
If they had properly braced that cage, a 50% spiral is all that's needed with 4 frame bars and 8 frame rings tied solid in saddle.
What a complete waste of time, that cage gets dropped, stacked, or dragged on the ground for any length of time it'll egg or worse and tying it solid wont make any difference.
And by brace I mean 3 rings stretched around it, 1 at the top, middle and bottom, that spiral away from each other, that's how you get your strength.
So much faster and so much stronger.

Have patience with your ties watching guys with more experience will bum you out because of how fast they can tie. Learn the techniques for each tie n how to make them secure. Don't try and go faster than your comfortable with when your learning to tie a good foreman will have patience with you since your new but if your ties are trash after a few weeks or months they'll run you off a job seen it happen tons of times. Can't have a guy who has sloppy ties on a wall crew haha

@@slicksloth_416 then they should've tied the cage in a spiral pattern, I have built massive cages with double 35mm and 2400mm rings for example and we still dont tie solid.
A 50% spiral with 1 tied solid, framers tied in solid figure 8 or saddles, all else should be a 50% spiral.
Cage tying is relatively simple, once you got a pattern, it goes really fast.
I'd also like to point out that if you dont brace the cage well then I guess you gotta tie solid but even if you do that cage will egg, so it adds no real strength by tying solid.
Maybe Alberta Canadas local 720 are just better busters
