At the end of the floor when you get into the golf kart, wait for the screen to go black. Once it does, CLICK AND HOLD THE TOP BAR OF YOUR TTR GAME WINDOW FOR ABOUT 3-5 SECONDS. Then let go and the next floor should load. This was an old fix YEARS ago, and nobody seems to remember it. Also for the mazes: It's literally the same maze. By the time you reach the Back Nine, you really should know the 4 main routes of the maze by now, so then you just need to think of it rotated when you exit on the left size.
The grey screen is easily fixed. Just follow your group until they get to the cog ball part and finish it. When that door opens, you go through it and come back and the world will appear again.
Helps a lot to only grind it during Toonfest where you can get merry multipliers and only go through half of what you would usually need. It made it actually tolerable.

When I was around 30 laff some random person on Donald's Dock added me as a friend and then invited me to do a back nine for some reason and promised me I would make it through even though my best sound was a bike horn back then. Of course I died and they got mad at me and removed me from their friends list. Not the best first experience, let me tell you that haha

I maxed bossbot like a year ago, and during all those back 9s, i have NEVER gotten any of the bugs that everyone has. Doesnt matter if im on mac or Windows. Never got in the gray, never had rooms not load, or anything like that, i only had to deal with other toons having the issue like every floor. And i still never get those issues while other people still do. Which is just so strange how they didnt fix it yet
so i had a potato pc i played ttr on.. within like 10-20 minutes it always crashed.. this was w/ an intel integrated graphics card.. now i play on a decent pc with nvidia graphics card and rarely crash at all
I like the cog golf mini-game, and have been lucky so far to not have these kind of glitches. But this rant about the back nine is how I feel about the DA offices.
You know what I do for max ops? Grab a bowl of popcorn, grab all the Star Wars movies (Excluding Episode I) grab a cold one, and do a marathon, and time seriously flies, and by then I'm already done, works great try it out. (Or don't cause I don't tell you how to live life)
I dunno, maybe doing so many of them has made me actually find back nines relaxing. It's nice to just put on a video or listen to some chill music while doing them and it makes it way less stressful. Grinding Lawbot was what I hated.
Lol, you went through all that trouble because you wanted to help someone... I get it. It's a viewer. But nothing is worth helping if it takes 45-60 mins to do unless you absolutely need to do it.
And here I am wondering why a lot of toons think maxing bossbot first over lawbot is easier. Literally just two words, "Back nine". Mainly because Office D's only take 25 min and you have many groups on toonhq, while back nines take 50 min - 1 hr and nobody does those anymore for some reason hmmm I wonder.
I think office D's are worse and Lawbot HQ in general. You need 7 back nines to get potentially 5 instant kills VS 9 office D's just get a summon a Penny Pincher. I can say from personal experience that both are dreadfully boring having maxed Bossbot and getting to Big Wig 37.
best guide for mazes: Always go to the left. If there's a 4 entrance maze, go to the inner left. If left is dead end, then go right, but most of the mazes have a left exist.
I see no problem with them. Basically like bullion mints: same amount of time (30 minutes) and similar gag usage. Puzzles aren't bad either, if you know how to do them

Nope! Back nine mazes can literally be different. They aren't always just the standard mazes x2/3.
