You have to pull the paper genteelly.. Don't give force so much... I faced this problem.. And I do this method.

Are the papers are okay? Because those zink paper get damaged after few days from you open those.. And you should Reset your printer.. Look at the guide book and reset it.. And after that try.. If it don't work then it will be a technical problem of the Printer
