Cool video as always. I'm a little lost when it comes to how these are ranked. It seems some are ranked individually and others are ranked in context to what the clan already has. For example with Himiko Reverse. Being able to draw upwards of 2 and gain 10k on the opponent's turn is doing a lot more than most other cards on this list, however, it isn't Regalia, the best Genesis deck by far and therefore was placed in mid. I would understand this if we were ranking cards compared to their clan's best option. However, we look at something like Maelstrom Reverse and well, Thavas is going to continue to be the best Aqua Force deck by far, yet it still made the top bracket. At the end of the day, the purpose of the video is more so just talking about premium applications in general for each card and ranking becomes a little arbitrary. I was just confused on placement is all.
Totally valid. I think that's just the sort of thing that happens when you talk about cards placement for like 2 hours. For certain cards, it definitely came down to the arguments presented by whoever was talking. There's more context in the full stream if anyone wants to sit through nearly 2 hours of card debate lol Also, that's what I initially went in thinking about Himiko, but unless you're against Link Joker, I don't think you'll draw 2 cards on the opponents turn, since any card you locked previously would unlock in the end phase. You'll end up with just the one card you lock that turn, and it being 1/turn hurt it imo
@@tyfyghtrTCG You may have forgotten, but Reverse draws a card through her effect normally. If you lock a draw trigger you also draw off of the draw trigger effect. Here is her effect as a reminder(Not trying to be condescending I just know you focus more on premium and specific clans). AUTO](VC)1/Turn:When this unit attacks or is attacked, COST [Counter Blast (1)], draw a card, choose a [Critical] trigger or [Draw] trigger from your soul, and put it on your (RC) as a locked card. If you put a card, activate its trigger effect once for each of your locked cards. So you end up drawing 2 and gaining 10k on the opp's turn. To your first point, yeah I totally understand that. It's hard to be uniform when the discussion lasts 2 hours+ and when you are unfamiliar with a clan/card it's easy to let someone else make the decision, no worries.
Im super excited for the new kagero cards in premium. anytime they give you the option to build a viable premium deck that isnt named overlord is a 100% win in my book!
what you're not looking at is the implication the new reverse unit has for link joker in premium. himiko, ethic and cocytus reverse are major winner by virtue of their synergy with the self lock engine alone. as well as being searchable . self lock can makes himiko skill pop 3-4 times for 1 activation ethic enable infinite loop to gain infinite power cocytus has defense skill and synergy with g4 lock for a reride, cost is offset by combo with the nubatama reverse for recovery
The live chat did bring up Link Joker application with the Reverses. We addressed them somewhat in the full stream, but also noted that we were mainly looking at their application within the main clan. We would've been at it waaay longer if we talked about LJ too 😂
Hyakki in V: Can clone and power up Hyakki in Premium: Shadow clones, power up, can attack from back row through some Strides, some cards can combo and countercharge

I think Raging can struggle to be usable with Chain Ranchor. If you have GB3, you set up full board with 2 G1 or less in front row and at least G1 of less in back row. You lock 2 RGs, leaving 3 G1 or less RGs for Chain Ranchor's requirement. Now, You can use Ragin R skill with CB1 discard 3 and have hardleg like guard restriction. It's kinda slow. That's why I think it can be in "struggle" tier.
A lot of stuff in this clan collection felt weaker for premium. The Jewel Knight support was definitely a breath of fresh air. I have been so frustrated with vanguard. Despite the recent ban list the game just felt so stale. Despite all my woes though I love jamming out games with the Salome retrain.
@@captingamer29 tbh I tested it and It was pure garbage. Gredora doesn't want it and the Giraffa argument doesn't make the cut because giraffa is awful.
Great Collab video! Well done and I agree with basically everything you guys talked about. Keep up the great work amigos!
Hey, a shout-out! Thanks dude :3
The raptor G1 and 2 are both great, G3 is ancillary. All the GN stuff is indeed butt 😭
Amen brother! Luquier will never be a Salome !
Daihouzan plays with your hand while Magatsu plays with his own drive check, now I can see the difference
HYPPPPPPPEEEEEEE!!
you kept the DUI start LMFAO 😂😂😂
Gotta have a fun but to get things started!

Team kagero for the win lol we might not be doing ultra complex combos. But we’ll for sure play on your turn 🤣

Co-cry-tus. I feel this in my SOUL....
Hey when should we expect 5 and 6 for this?
Hopefully soon! I'm hoping to get another couple guests, but scheduling is tricky with SpringFest season still in full swing

Salome is so good and makes me mad I kept putting off picking up the Jewel Knight stuff
WEASELS BEST DECK SO GOOD IT GOT ITS OWN CATEGORY 😤😤😤😤😤😤
Beetle is super awful, but the new g1 is VERY good in premium. In v premium Beetle is still super awful and blister is decent.
Beetle is a bit better than I gave it credit for in V after trying it. But its mega, so the bar isn't particularly high for g2s.

sounds like the list you played was bad or you played it incorrectly
great video but also trash video because megacolony isnt listed as winning but megacolony always wins
