Is this true? Really? How empathic were the Victorians, who built viaducts and magnificent buildings using no computers, just hard won construction and maths skills. And scientists like Darwin were driven men, not wasting time on mindfulness or nurturing their feminine sides but long hours of disciplined hard work. What I'm getting at is that as we've become more 'enlightened' as a society, our skills and determination and sheer desire to get things done has become increasingly eroded. Perhaps there's an argument to embrace the struggle, to make life harder to get stronger and get things done again.
Thank you so much for the material.👍👍👍👍
