I have a machine which I have found so many uses for and that is the Cuisinart Griddler. I sear our burritos on both sides simultaneously. I get my tortillas to crisp yet able to be folded for tacos, all fat free. It is the best at making tofu to be the most like chicken. I loved the machine so much, after 5 years, I burned it out, but as I use it at least, every other day and it does fat-free grilling, it is a wonder! My husband did not blink twice and ordered us a new one.
I’ve been Vegan 10 years, but my husband hangs in there with me but loves Vegan versions of familiar recipes.
It keeps me having a healthy husband and still eating what he truly loves.

My recommendation isn't exactly a gadget but it is something every kitchen needs, an aloe vera plant.
Eventually every cook will need one sooner or later at times.

I really like using a blender scraper - makes getting every drop so much easier.

Good knives are a must if you can afford them. I have two Wüsthof knives that have served me well for many years. I couldn't swing a Vitamix money-wise, but I do have a Ninja blender that works great. One tool I use a lot is an immersion blender. It's awesome for sauces and soups and you can blend right in the pan.

I have to confess that I gave our Instapot up to our daughter (she lost hers in a move and cooks for a family of 6) and I don't really miss it. I still prefer my soups, chili and pot roast in a slow cooker. However, our kitchen scale broke recently and I feel completely lost without it. I never thought I would want an air-fryer but I use it for a ton of stuff (including garlic bread). I would love to have a great quality knife. Thanks for the cool gadget video!

The IP is also a slow cooker... i think we still have a crock pot, but my IP's are out anytime I need them.

As soon as I can afford it, I will definitely get that knife! We have an 8qt instapot/air fryer combo we use almost every day. I also love to make bread so our bread maker has to be third on my most used kitchen tools.

I make a lot of bread... no breadmaker needed. Just an oven 😜

@Lacerated1DJ3 I have the same Instant pot combo but I find the airfryer cumbersome...I wish I had a basket or toaster oven style. Do you find it awkward to use?

@nsmellowyellow1 i don't love the air fryer lid either. Haven't used it in a long time.

We love a large Stainless Steel Steamer. Our Bamboo Steamer absorbed odors.

I just love my instant pot. I can't afford a Vitamix so when IP came out with there blender it was under a $100. So I treated myself . I make oat/cashew milk. I make great soups in 20-22 minutes. I do have a confection/microwave which eliminates an air fryer on my counter.

I'm with you on the instant pot, thought I didn't want one and now I have 3! I'd add my Kitchen Aid stand mixer to my list of my personal must haves, I have the pasta attachment as well as a shredder/slicer attachment. I make a lot of bread. I don't love my Vitamix, I hate cleaning it and the one I have is not compatible with the food processor. But I do use it a lot and it does a great job.

I have the kitchenaid and pasta attachments too... we should use them more!

How is the cleaning of the Vitamix processor? I hate how involved it is to get shredded cabbage out of all the grooves in my cheap processor. I eat tons of slaw in the warm months. Easy cleaning is a great selling point for me.
Love my instant pot and my air fryer. The air fryer is more commonly known as the tofu cooker in my house. I definitely do not turn on the oven when it's 95F outside.
