Paul you have got the dog’s wag back in your tail. I am so happy for you and hoping you will continue to be disease free and live a lovely, healthy long life with your lovely friend Caroline by your side. We have followed your journey, your hospital chats in recovery, your sad tears but now this is your NEW chapter and your NEW life. Wise to change your title because the other one doesn’t apply to you. Why don’t you buy another motorbike as you enjoyed riding? Take the lovely Caroline for a pillion ride.😊. You can do all the things you’ve wanted to or gave up. I won’t watch anything to do with cars, bike engines etc., as I have no interest in that sort of thing but I will check in with you every time. Have fun. We’ve got a Paul back smiling and healthy. Gained weight back and you look good!👍💪🏻👏🏻
Paul, having lived my own bonus life for almost the last 10 years in January - although my journey was one with chronic mental illness rather than physical - I know this feeling. I'm so, so happy for you. Everything you receive now, every dollop of gratefulness, every spoonful of beauty, every ounce of good luck and every endless moment of pure joy - you deserve it. You deserve it so much.
I am recovering from my abdominal surgery now. I feel like I am about to start a new life or chapter in a way. I am also currently NED unless my scan next week shows that the new lumps in my neck are cancer but I won't think about that right now... I am loving this new title. Here is to a new beginning/chapter in our lives! ❤
@ it is good to see you Ann! Thank you. ❤️ Yes I am so happy for Paul! It is a miracle! He fought hard and won. He is so lucky the surgeons were willing to operate on him. 🥰
It’s astonishing how much a car’s value can decrease due to minor damage. But that's a perk for those who do not mind such things and who do not have to fulfill such social expectations.
The way you said "this is my life" the first time had so much positive emotion packed in it. Had to comment that before carrying on with the video; it was remarkable. Again, totally chuffed to see talking about normal things and beginning this new chapter.
Paul 2.0, I love it and I love seeing you smiling and happy! I'm so happy you're back to doing what you love! It's been a long, hard road for you Paul, but you did it and look at you now. I can't wait to see more of you and your adventures with the cars. Take care Paul and please say hi to Caroline. 🤗
every day is precious. The video you did “Hurt” (one year ago) remains one of my favourite utube music videos❤. Australia in the 1970s and 80s. Such memories. Great time piece.
Paul I don't know why I started watching your videos as we have nearly nothing in common, being from Netherlands in my mid-30 and having no clue about cars, but after watching one of your video's randomly I kept coming back to see how you were doing and to listen to some of your stories. It's fantastic to see this positivity in you and I hope you will be very happy and healthy - I never normally comment but I just wanted to let you know I think you moved many people. All the best!
This makes me miss my Mazda 3 that got written off earlier this year. I hope someone bought it and fixed it to give it a second life. You have your spark back Paul. It’s so great to see.
Wow Paul you're looking so well! You are the evidence a wonderful positive attitude and strength of character make to all the difference. I have zero interest in fixing cars but you are a joy to watch!
Paul so happy to see you are doing well. Love the new name of your series. My thoughts are with you & Caroline daily. I wish you all the best. I’ll be happy to follow this new life of your’s. Hugs to you both 🤗❤️
Hows your diet Paul, fiber, lots of Matcha, greens, exercise. You coudl also make an entire episode on mindful new lifestyle changes. Bioactivity of everything is interconnected in a powerful way
Love the new channel name, and love, even more, the reason for the name change. If you are not going to incorporate glitter in your auto videos, please understand if I don’t watch this entire stream. So lovely to see you engaged in living life! And wonderful to hear the cheery voice narrating your channel once again. We do so love a healthy happy Paul in Perth. Thanks for not giving up. ❤️🥕
Well happy to be a part of your newly renamed channel. Hi Paul, you are back to your car magic again. I like these when you teach as you talk about everything car. Your tips are so genius. I'm happy happy you are doing better. I'm in the middle of a major home move. Who knew being ill would really slow things up. Yes, it's taking me forever and a day to pack and go through everything before calling movers. Prayers to you and Caroline keep up those massages if you can they are so therapeutic. God bless.
Way to go! Ship the car to Colorado. I think 50% of cars here have hail damage since we live in a big hail area. All you need now is The Seekers playing on the radio in the background. Mark from Colorful Colorado.
I recall you saying your Dad taught you how to work on cars and doing so brought you back great memories of him. He is surely smiling down on you and your Bonus Life. Enjoy it to the max!!! Be open to the universe!!
Glad to see you having fun, Paul. Wonderful that you are feeling well. Watching you mess with the car reminds me of my dad. He was an aeronautical engineer, but loved working on cars. He rebuilt the engine on an alpha Romeo for my sister and he and I rebuilt the engine on a VW Beetle. He also did lots of body work on every car he owned. He also had a Porsche 911 in the 1960s70s, and had the detailed two volume manual for that-did his own repairs! Keep on keeping on, Paul!
Crown molding in your carport ("garage" here in US), very fancy Paul. ;) Also, purchase some hail damage dent removal tools, and show us how you remove them!!!
❤❤❤❤ so pleased to see you looking so well and you seem passionate about cars which is lovely to see, I hope things go well for you, I hope Caroline is keeping well also x❤❤❤❤
Wow! Hard to believe this is happening so “ soon” after seeing you in the hospital for those major surgeries. I have no idea what you are talking about with cars 😂 but I will still keep watching as maybe you will go see your goat?🐐Love seeing you SO vibrant and brilliant!🚙
Love seeing you in your element, working on a car 💚 Sorry it didn’t work out as you had hoped 😞 Better luck next time perhaps 🤞 - if you attempt a similar venture again.
Paul mate, I literally found you yesterday whilst trying to replace a wing mirror on a BL Mazda 3 and literally 2mins ago I saw your shorts from hospital!!!! I just want to say thank you for your help and I hope you have a good recovery!! It sounds like you a doing better in this video Much love mate 🥰🥰
Great to see you enjoying this- it's interesting- I notice that when you talk about/observe the car, you explain things in a similar, analytic fashion as you do when you are trying to understand or talk about what is happening in your body. It seems to be a way you approach problem solving. Anyway, good to see the title change!
You are an amazing man paul!! Did you use to be a mechanic as your very good at repairing cars and have very good knowledge about them. Wish you lived near me, as i would call on you to help me with mine😂😂 no chance of that as i live in England!! All the best paul your looking very well indeed!! God bless you.❤❤
So happy for your new lease of life given to you through your preserving thru the most difficult treatment, very happy for you ! I’ve seen you go thru so much pain with so little “oh poor me” always believing in what you can do to help yourself press on so proud of you and to see you getting on with life ! 7:31
❤ Paul I like your new title change. I don't know a lot about cars but boy. You sure do and it's unfortunate that after all that work and getting the other parts that the roof is unreparable unreparable.. I'll bet the next one will be much easier. The slim seemed like a real challunch.I'm glad you're feeling so much.Better getting out and sunshine and actually out outhings are finally on the upper end for you.I'm so happy. Hello to caroline. Take care safe.😂❤❤🎉
Hi Paul. I love your new title!!! I much prefer it over the old one! And glad to see you working on the car. Hope you and Caroline keep healthy thru the holidays. ❤❤
To be honest I did not get all the technical stuff because of my lack of vocabulary, but I still enjoyed the video - especially the time-lapse sequences 😂. So if you buy a smashed car, you always try to fix it first and only if you don‘t succeed you sell the non damaged parts? I always thought that the cars you buy are all too damaged to get back on the road. Happy seeing you having fun. Great idea to rename the series👍 Good luck for your port-removal next week. Love as alway ❤Bettina
Very interesting video. I remember when my ex pulled his car a part when he put it back together he had all these extra screws. The idiot told me he had put his rego money in the dash. I made him pull it apart to show me. He actually did it then said, no it’s not in there I spent the money on drugs. I knew he had, typical lying junkie.

It's fantastic to see that. You in your jumpsuit! In what you love!!! 🤩
I wish I could like this video more than once!

Wishing you all the best!
@ it is good to see you Ann! Thank you. ❤️ Yes I am so happy for Paul! It is a miracle! He fought hard and won. He is so lucky the surgeons were willing to operate on him. 🥰
I'm a cancer survivor - so far - and I always say that I'm in my bonus years now. 😄
Yeah, I think that is a great way to think about it. It really is bonus time.
You look stronger than ever! Great video Paul
It’s astonishing how much a car’s value can decrease due to minor damage. But that's a perk for those who do not mind such things and who do not have to fulfill such social expectations.
Wow what 4 months can do. You have a spring in your step again. You have been thru the wars. Thank God for Caroline. Your looking amazing.
Paul you are living again ! I’m so happy for you. Prayers for longevity and health going forward. ❤

I am going to replace my seatbelt here soon. I ordered the part. You have inspired me to try and tinker on things I thought I could not do.
Yep! You can do it!
Even though I’m not a fix it car person, I watched with such joy seeing you back in action! As the quote from Fran Drescher says: Cancer Schmancer!

So happy for you Paul. It’s been great getting to know you via video. Love the sped up tinkering noises in the Timelapse. 😀
Yeah, I had to turn the volume right down on that sequence with the angle grinder. All the other sequence are at normal volume.

Do you mean in Perth? Yeah, I could do that.

Were the airbags replaced? It doesn't appear that they were set off.
Nope. They are intact.
@@PaulinPerth I'm surprised they didn't deploy....
They can be quite fickle. The front sensor was missed by a couple of centimetres.
