The closest you can make in Japan is by adding cheek pees, smashed potatos and tomato pure into Japanese curry (also add garam masala) and garnish it with crumbled chips, peanuts, nachos while spraying some citrus, tomato saus, mayonnaise or yogurt and pepper as finishing touch. You can add your own twist too
This is not meant for 5 star people. He is maintaining Hygene which is tolerable to his customers, and in front of their eyes he is preparing the food. They are daily coming to him for food, and they pay for it. That payment is his bread. Here, Hygene is a problem for the guys seeing in youtube and commenting. They never likely go to him for buying it. No complaint about his hygene for HIM or His customers. Then why should we interfere in his work with most unhygenous and filthy comments which we learned from our sub- standard education? Let him live.
