Yes, and it runs very smoothly apparently! www.tomshardware.com/raspberry-pi/raspberry-pi-pico/raspberry-pi-pico-2-developer-demonstrates-running-doom-on-rp2350-powered-def-con-32-badge
Here is a GH page for mp3 library for pico github.com/ikjordan/picomp3lib For pico 1 vs pico 2 comparison here, I'd say it would be similar, although higher clock speed and more RAM is always nice.
There was a report that someone updated the circuitpython SYNTHIO music synthesis library with 12 note Polyphony, increasing it to 24 notes on the RP2350 (I can't find a reference to that update) while note generation is directed with python code, there is compiled C code implementing the actual 11-32K sample rate signal generation.
Loool. I mean which one exactly - maybe Windows 3.1 :) but I'd say MS-DOS is closer to it's capabilities blog.adafruit.com/2021/11/12/turn-your-raspberry-pi-pico-into-a-ms-dos-like-computer-piday-raspberrypipico-circuitpython-retiredwizardus-raspberry_pi/

Sad there are NO GOOD PROJECTS to be found ANYWHERE for the Pico 2, not here on TH-cam. Does anyone know WHERE to look? Something in Retro Gaming etc.
Haha, well, give it some time. I'm making one :)

That sounds like a nice upgrade!
Memang bagus. Main bersama anak2.
Not really following, but does not seem like spam....
how about pico 2 as osciloscope interface ? is better than pico 1?
Great question!
Hate sounding like an LLM, but unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with osciloscope internal working to give an estimate here...
Great way to review the new board without reviewing it 😂
I mean 😂 yes?
Can it run windows ?
