How can I emphasize my biceps more? I feel like my lats are taking over. I am happy with how this trains my lats, but how to let the biceps do more after I trained my lats? I appreciate your help! you have to imagine your arms above your head. then you understand that biceps are an extension of your back muscles. same pull chain.
