    Hey Matt, I just started with look a like exercises like these you show and I had a question. In terms of compound muscle exercises, are the biceps and lats firing together naturally? How can I emphasize my biceps more? I feel like my lats are taking over. I am happy with how this trains my lats, but how to let the biceps do more after I trained my lats? I appreciate your help! Keep up the great micro workout videos! Also what about the abs versus obliques?

      you have to imagine your arms above your head. then you understand that biceps are an extension of your back muscles. same pull chain.
