  • Back with another KFC video, this time no deals just a good old Zinger Stacker with my favourite nuggets!

Good to see you back Tim and close to the end of your recovery. Awesome review as always, good choice with KFC for the first video back. Weird and wacky foods! What a great idea. I have a feeling you will be at Chinatown a fair bit for the next month. Weird foods I eat being Italian but you probably have to cook it yourself as its probably hard to source from a shop. Chicken necks in red tomotoe sauce, chicken feet, chicken giblets. Heaps of recipes online and you can maybe do a cook and eat in the one video. Looking forward to the series.

Ha ha ye I think Chinatown is the way to go with weird and interesting foods. Gotta give me some Italian foods to try as well!

I hope this counts -- but suggestion for "Oddball October" (or whatever you're calling it), check out the SpongeBob-inspired Dill Pickle & Mustard Swirl ice cream from Pizza Hut.

Food suggestion: biggest chicken burger you can make, drenched in a sauce of your choice

Glad to see you back! I was starting to get worried. I hope you're back on track real soon. I had the Rona nearly 3 months ago. It affected my hearing and apparently I now need hearing aids!
As for weird food, I absolutely LOVE chicken fried Spam. Chicken fried steak is a big thing in the US. Google it. I tried it with Spam ham in a can, and it was absolutely scrumptious!

Hope you are on the mend, the bloody Rona is brutal. Chicken fried spam? Will definitely see if there is anything from Australia and give it a crack!

@@Rapid-5 I don't think chicken fried anything is a thing here! Basically it's the meat dredged in flour, then beaten egg, then flour, and then shallow fried. Adding some salt and pepper to the flour is nice, but not essential.

So basically a crumbed chicken breast? I will look at a recipe and maybe do a cook and eat video!

@RapidMunchDownUnder not exactly. Chicken fried steak is crumbed steak, but without the crumbs. Flour, egg, flour. I'd never heard of it until my husband visted the US and said, you've got to try this! No breadcrumbs, just egg and flour. Apparently they do chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken. They're weirdos!

I also meant to add, Spam ham in a can is available at the supermarket. I think it's near the tinned tomatoes and tinned tuna. It's a blue, rounded rectangle can. Just don't get the salt reduced stuff, it sucks. Slice it around 5mm thick to make the dish. Awesome with mashed spuds and peas (or your veg of choice, but I recommend mash).
