En mi opinión una de las más grandes canciones jamás escritas de la música disco y sin embargo está casi en el olvido, en su momento sonó durísimo en Mexico.

After watching some of these videos and remembering this music I started looking up the Sylvester documentaries and watching older performances him, and back in the day I did not appreciate his slower music, and listening to these now and realizing just what a talented man we lost , I started crying . It took me all these years to find out his talent went way beyond only the Disco music that I played and loved at the time , now tho I am reliving my past with Sylvester only this time I am including every song I can find . Also want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful young men who put together the Broadway show Fabulous about Sylvester and what a talent Anthony is ,he really embraces what Sylvester was about.

I was too young to understand, so there were *A LOT* of questions I asked my oldest sister concerning him. One thing I wasn't confused about was the music. When I say this I at a club before he was a big star I knew he was going be great. It was a dance club and everyone in that club was trying to jam the dance floor. When this guy preformed at the Opera House in San Francisco with a fur coat on I still can't believe he did that. What a great entertainer we will miss him, but somewhere he is still singing those great Disco songs.

I was out in the clubs in Atlantic City when I was in high school and remember the extended plays of this song at the Chez on New York Avenue just before Casino gambling was made legal in Atlantic City. Then when I moved in to NYC in June 1982 they played this song a lot at Studio 54 and Limelight and Private Eyes and the Underground and The Palladium and Uncle Charlies and The Monster. There would be 30 minute or more remixes of this song and we all loved it and stayed on the dance floor for hours and hours. We would stay in the clubs until sunrise and then go to school or go to work with no sleep in us at all. Those were the days!

I was 6 yrs old when this song came out. I must admit Sylvester *CONFUSED ME* as a little girl. I was too young to understand, so there were *A LOT* of questions I asked my oldest sister concerning him. One thing I wasn't confused about was the music. I loved it from the 1st time I heard it & I still love it! Whenever I wanna get my party on, I put it on & *dance in the Disco Heat* 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂! I just wish I was old enough to go party back then!!!!!!!!* It's easily my all time favorite party jams of his (& Was It Something That I Said, not too many ppl are up on this one).

When I say this I at a club before he was a big star I knew he was going be great. It was a dance club and everyone in that club was trying to jam the dance floor. When this guy preformed at the Opera House in San Francisco with a fur coat on I still can't believe he did that. What a great entertainer we will miss him, but somewhere he is still singing those great Disco songs.

I was out in the clubs in Atlantic City when I was in high school and remember the extended plays of this song at the Chez on New York Avenue just before Casino gambling was made legal in Atlantic City. Then when I moved in to NYC in June 1982 they played this song a lot at Studio 54 and Limelight and Private Eyes and the Underground and The Palladium and Uncle Charlies and The Monster. There would be 30 minute or more remixes of this song and we all loved it and stayed on the dance floor for hours and hours. We would stay in the clubs until sunrise and then go to school or go to work with no sleep in us at all. Those were the days!
