But those who try hard to come here they won't fully grasp it because of the way you communicate it. If you prepare your content and just convey the points with introduction content and conclusion people will get it. If the profession or course you choose is in the shortage occupation list then you have a high chance of achieving a job with sponsorship. Nurses who are young have almost 100% chance to achieve a job with sponsorship easier than compare to other occupations. Those who are in late 40s or older will struggle to settle with the new life style, weather, job stress,accessing medical attention, life partner getting a job etc. Those who are in 50s your children must be near the age to go to higher studies in universities so the liability is huge. Those who are already settled here with citizenship their children will get loans which parents don't have to worry paying it off. The children who are uk citizens they will get plenty of time to pay it back after they get job. Those who settled here and bought a house years ago can remortgage their house if they want to buy another house. They can pay off the mortgage of first house from the rent if they rent it out. Those who come in their 40s 50s they will have difficulty getting the first mortgage because banks will look at the risks and how many years left for them to be in work. Also the expenses to apply for sponsorship renewal, PR and citizenship can be huge like it can go over to £10000 depends on how many applicants in the family. Students who come for random courses may find it difficult to get sponsored jobs and if they have to return home with unpaid loan that would be a problem again depends on your age and family circumstances and financial situations. We hear lot of family issues, police cases from malayalee families recently migrated, some struggle to cope with work pressure, some husbands not getting jobs because of language problems and find it difficult to take care of children and house hold responsibilities as they never done it. I agree with everything Rani has mentioned here. I an a malayali living in the UK for 45 years . Believe me things have never been this bad. UK is definitely a great place and is home, however if you come with the dream of raking in money you are very mistaken.

One can only imagine what is going to be the outcome of it all. For UK's policies, for example, ensure there is very little scope of cash-flow outside from UK. Migrants who soon become immigrants are encouraged to settle down, to buy properties and invest in businesses locally. So that while British economy thrives filling in the pockets of their shamelessly affluent & not to forget the erstwhile royalty, the general populace at large are lulled into a sense of complacent obscurity what with freebies and garbed social security schemes ever on the rise. This is the same with rest of the developed nations, gradually including even the Gulf countries, all of which are seen to be following suit in a bid to milk Indian populace dry.
And to think I haven't even begun to talk of changing policies in the local governance. To the common citizen here the choice is literally between the pan and the fire. Let him who will understand, understand. Personally, I'd say, blessed are they who seek the holy & sovereign Will of God in their lives at all times and in everything.
