In sop code list there is some code as drivers they said it will be not considered as skilled worked visa this code doesn’t meet the salary requirement and they said this occupation list job doesn’t impact on migration policy so what’s the salary threshold for those who want to get sponsorship job as a food delivery driver.

Could you please cover the salary requirement for ILR for those who have been granted skilled worker visa before 4 April 2024 (Not a New Entrant when first applied for skilled worker) Coz statement of changes and app skilled worker both mentioned one of the condition to be met with regards to application date before 1 December 2026 for transitional arrangements, and of course not everyone will be eligible for ILR based on SWV before that date. Could you clarify?

I have completed my MBA from University of London. My student visa is going to expire in May 2024. I want to get direct sponsorship without taking PSW. Am I be categorised as a new entrant? As my employer says that I must be below 26 years if i want to escape from new salary threshold. I am 36. Is it necessary to take PSW to fall in the category of new entrants. Please guide.
