my bet is on d13 landed specifically sennett estate in the RCR region given the biddadari enclave with the mass number of 1m hdb coming into the market in the next 10 yrs.. thereby pushing the woodleigh residences, park colonial etc.. and translating to growth from demand for those aspiring for landed yet the landed supply is fixed
Hahaa…Let me challenge you guys with West region, especially district 5. With the upcoming transformation/new developments, MRT in 7 years, Master plan 2025 promises something to look forward to. D5 is in between 2 CBDs, educational (NUS/SIM/polytechnics) & medical hubs (NUH), cross island lines, nearby Greater Southern Waterfront, its potentials will fully unleash in coming years. 😊❤ Jus vested more in D5 myself…waiting for it to roar!! 😂 Happy New Year to all & wish you Huat Huat in 2025!! 🎉
As for Price prediction, I’m closer to Harvey’s. I think landed may even outperform across all housing segments. Why? With the growing aspirations of working class, and given the huge growth of private condo prices in the last 3-4 years, I believe many may try their luck & fortune in Landed. I’m very positive about it….I jus came out of a 5-ways bidding jus for a original IT. It’s very fierce fight, and more will come in 2025!! 😅 🎉
