Bobbio, is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. And the bridge you see is the one that is on the painting of Monalisa done by Leonardo Da Vinci.
It is near Piacenza, and a nice drive through a small hill from Milan. This place does not offer much public transport and so you should visit by car.
