What I Learned from Having a Little Hope and Some Good Memories in Bad Times

  • There is a lot of isolation in this world, and I’m someone who has felt it deeply. In that place of loneliness, the worst suffering can happen.
I’m here to bring a ray of God’s light and awareness to this, and to tell you that a little hope and even leaning into your good memories when you’re scared to - or even hoping a little (or hopefully a lot!) in dreams that you might have - can go a long way!
My name is Kyle, I’m 22 at the time of recording this and my background is being a Catholic Christian and someone who has learned the hard way how to have a good life… And I’m still learning!
I deeply want to be a great man and live a good life. This is something that I fail at, but after all my years of work, I’m starting to have many more victories than failures by a longshot!
I encourage you guys and gals to not give up on this journey or think that you’re good efforts are in vain. Have hope! And persevere, with God’s help (ask him - talk to Him: that’s prayer!) ❤️
Please feel free to use the comments section of this video - or any other videos or posts of mine - at anytime to let me know what you would like me to discuss in my podcast, videos, interviews, or in all or some of those things!
    Much love and God bless,
    Kyle

I spent much of my 20s in and out of psych wards. It was the people I met in there where I truly understand what you meant by just a simple bit of encouragement or friendliness from someone went a long way. Not just for me, but how those people's days would change when I would sit and talk and laugh with them. Ever since, I approach all my interactions with the mind set that I love each person. It has placed people in my life that have been so generous and good that humbles me. I've been where you are, brother. Always approach a new person with already loving them in your heart.
