Player A summons muckracker at 34:42 then passes turn, player B draws a card and keeps it in hand then passes, player A then draws at the start of their new turn at 34:55 and continues to play. Not illegal, you just didn't see them passing turns

As far as I know the banish happens immediately as you're resolving the card, not when there's an attempt to destroy the monster

Yes it is, he should’ve chained trap trick to the iron wall if he wanted to shotgun it. I was so annoyed no player caught that illegal play.

Spright blue cant add jet, cl1 blue cl2 rivalry cl3 carrot cl4 skill drain, and you could have chained kis-sikil eff to ss lil-la aswell to go into link 4 bp attack over and tag out and use the non target eff to send thr skill drain just a lil mistake and misplay i noticed

Spright blue is no longer on the field due to rivalry so when we reach cl1 blue resolves because its no longer affected by skill drain because skill drain only affects monsters face up on the field. As far as your second sentence, im lost on what youre trying to say

he couldve done cl5 to bring back kisikil so he could make trouble sunny then go into bp (even though he couldn't due to using freezing curses on his opponents turn)
then afterwards he wouldve just swung with both trouble sunny and abomination, then use trouble sunny effect (since she tributes herself as cost, dodging skill drain) and bring back kisikil and lilla
then trouble sunny second effect in GY to banish herself and send an evil twin from hand, deck or field face-up to send another card on the field to the gy

i think the evil twin player did the right thing to just play like he did, its not entirely worth it to burn through your only copy of trouble sunny just to out a skill drain imo.
the runick engine is there for a reason and he would need to dig for either destruction or tip (to search destruction) to out skill drain
