Try to lower your room temperature as well. I sleep deeply in a room at around 15 C. And don't eat to close to bedtime. It might make you feel to warm at night. Also no caffeine. The most important thing is sleep regularity. Now, if you have a baby to take care of or other important responsibilities, it's okay to have unregular schedules. But if you don't, I don't care about your excuses, and neither does nature. You HAVE to be as regular as possible in your bedtime/wake up hours. It's the most important thing of all for sleep. If you want more information about this, read Matthew Walker.

Correct; a fan / brown noise can be very effective at preventing distraction/startling during sleep. It works by acting as a "cloak" for all surrounding sound. Often what makes sensitive people wake up over and over throughout the night is little odd sounds that aren't occurring regularly enough for their minds to ignore. A fan / brown noise effectively "drown out" those irregular sounds, and after a few mins, your brain no longer acknowledges the noise, canceling everything out. Quite effective for sleep.
@@metcas nope, commercial or regular fan doesn't matter they make white noise. You might want to associate brown noise with a fan but that would just be your opinion.

Tried listening to brown 🤎 noise last night for anxiety and stress relief. It worked! Trying again tonight.
Never slept better in my entire existence
this brown noise video sounds better than some other ones, my only criticism is that there's a tiny audio blip noise every 6 minutes that throws me off.. perhaps the video was created by piecing together a 6 minute snippet and repeated.. not sure but I wish that blip wasn't there
I loved this one until the audio blip. Then it was back to my rain sounds video!
Exactly! It's unfortunate because it's better than the others but the blip jolts me awake
