- Here's part 2 of how to install video on installing our N80 Hilux behind grill LED light bar with how to wire your lightbar.

A simple yet aesthetically pleasing mounting solution to tuck your light bar away behind your grill in a secure solid location, but in a perfectly designed spot to prevent any hindering of light by your grill.
Our kit utilises a full plug & play harness made by hand by local businesses here in Australia, taking approx. 20 mins to fit. Suits WORKMATE, SR, SR-5, ROGUE models.
The light bar we have chosen is the Ultra vision Raptor 26.5” lightbar, fully Australian made, comes with a 3 year warranty, throws 1 lux at 630m, with an option of 400k or 5700k colour temperature, in a spread spot
combo.

G'day legend - thanks for the kind words. We sell some vehicle specific stuff, i.e next gen ranger and hilux, plus a few random switches for our products.
Can you give information about the Relay installed? Also the fuse. What type of Relay and what type of fuse did you use in this harness? A hug from Brazil!!!
G'day legend - unfortunately we are not auto sparkies, you will need to contact your local auto electrician.
Does the grill block some of the light beam? I’ve tried something similar and ended up mounting outside the grill
G'day legend - not on our one, we have lined it up perfectly to sit in between the ribs, so no led is obstructed.
Does the switch have to be wired up as i only want it triggered on and off by the hi-beams?

G'ady legend - none to report yet, we've done over 15,000 km's with it, on road, offroad and towing. All is good.
