Great video as always...did it Sunday for the first time and if you think Saturday was slippy..... Sunday was even worse after her night of rain it was like Bambi on ice at the bottom end of stage 2......got cramps in thigh end of stage 4 as well.....all in all brutal.....even more so the Push up hike a bike bits between stages no one sees but still love every bit of it 🤟😂🤟

Are rock is Brutal and stage 1 killed me last year, I left my breakfast in a puddle at the end of the stage last year 😆 this is the first year I haven’t raced it in a looong time!! I should be back at it next year 💪🏽 Will catch up with you at Malverns Dude ✌🏽

Awesome! I had to pull out of this year's due to Tennis/Biker's Elbow. Still giving me jip 4 months on. I was wondering, does anyone know if you can ride the Ard Rock route anytime? Is it accessible at all?
How do you guys race with no food on you? Do you just try eat a fair bit before and try finish as fast as possible or do u just go hungry? I raced on Sunday and had a back pack with three litres of water in snacks a pump and my phone😂

S2 mud on Sunday was mad I've ran crank bros clips for 10+ years and that was the first time I've ever clogged them too much to clip in!
