My favourite line that doesn’t get enough attention is;
Catherine Parr; Why does anyone remember us?
Anne Boleyn; My SIXTH FINGER!
Catherine of Aragon; put it *away* babe...
Fun historical fact about that; the “sixth finger” thing was probably a rumour to further discredit her after her death, Tudor England wasn’t great for anyone who they found “deformed”. We know it’s false though, because at that time something like a 6th finger was a sign of “witchcraft”, Henry would have *never* married her if she did.
Six in general plays with rumours in an interesting way, either referenced as jokes or to make a more compelling narrative (and maybe comment about how truth often comes second to a good narrative in casual discussion of history); another example, Greensleeves was probably actually written in Italy AFTER Henry VIII died, and got attributed to Anne Boleyn after both of them died, and then the rumour lasted so long we all assumed it was true until historians did their digging.
That is a good line lmao. I always suspected that but wasn’t sure

Lovely Sam plays in RENT as Mimi Marquez in San Fransisco, and Andrea Macasaet, (anne boleyn) Plays Mimi Marquez from rent in Stratford, Ontario. Give them both a visit! It's worth it. (and yes, they give out autographs and sign lucky winners after each show :) )

It’s a reference to Little Shop of Horrors. It’s an off-Broadway show and I think a movie too
Confirming; it’s 2 movies, the original B-movie horror (which is in black and white, so if you don’t enjoy that sorry), and then a remake based on the musical that was made out of the original movie. All of them have differences but basic plot; guy who works at a flower shop finds a carnivorous plant and starts feeding it people. Would recommend.
