Awesome video! How do you know when they have LIS which one to go by? Will the price that they pay for drugs go by their tier level or LIS level? I’m very confused, please help.
Sorry for the delay. When you have LIS, it's more of "generic vs brand name" pricing. Depending on your level of LIS, the generics are usually only a few dollars up to $4-5 and then brand names are closer to $11.

What about tier 1a and 1b what’s the difference
Haven't heard of 1a or 1b for prescription tiers. But I suppose it's possible somewhere out there...not with Medicare plans.
