Let me first say that Luis came into the kitchen and said nope, I am not going to like this because it has butternut squash, but guess who ate the rest of it? Luis. ha! This was really good, really refreshing because it's different. Sometimes the normal salad gets a little redundant, but this was very good and I can't wait to make this again for some friends! Perfect summer dish!
