I did let the paint dry before adding the crushed glass. I used the TriArt Liquid glass to glue the crushed glass to the canvas. The blue is pure glitter (no paint) mixed with a little bit of Triart liquid glass.

It says no resin needed but isn’t that what is used with the crystals?
No. I didn’t use resin. It is called Liquid Glass. It is a acrylic top coat.

What is the liquid you poured on to give it the glossy look?
It looked like WaterFX from Wynn Modern Art. I use it for all my art projects.
