    Thanks Master Wong...I got into WC in 87
    and have practice and trained basically every day..But I went without training for the last two months due to old military injuries.. looking at a double hip replacement. But by doing these exercises.. slowly... I feel a whole lot better.. Thanks Master Wong...

      ​​@@masterwong101 Hey Master Wong when you get a chance type in Maul565 he is a master in Silat.Type in Grandmaster Kwon he is a Korean Grandmaster.Type in Emil Martirossian he is real good at Jeet Kune Do and more and lives and teaches in the UK.Type in Chloe and Grace Bruce they do Taekwondo and live and teach in the UK.

    Hi when I do the horse stance I go lower my back leans forward and kicking it’s annoying side kicks as well and when I do try to I lean back to try get higher that’s how I was doing Shane 50year old 😅 but I love wing Chun for years to stiff

    You should feature Jiang Yu Shan ( Hisham Al Haroun ). He’s a rare breed … peep his stuff. I don’t think anyone can beat him in a no holds barred fight.

    I am currently taking krav maga and learning different moves with that but always like wing Chun but my flexibility is not quite as good yet

    Дядечке надо лучше тренировать базу. В мабу ступни не должны торчать в разные стороны и при исполнении хоудэнтуй опорная нога должна поворачиваться первой еще при выносе колена, обеспечивая лучшую опору по отношению к линии удара и создавая изначальное усилие. В пубу не нужно полностью выпрямлять неопорную ногу, это нужно делать только при упражнении на растяжку.
    Потому как выпрямленная в колене нога при переносе на неё веса создаёт препятствие и задерживает движение. Кроме того, создаёт уязвимую сиутацию для колена самого принявшего этот шаг в таком виде при атаке противником.

    Master, please help Barbara out.
