I was 40 before I started this. I was in Miami after Hurricane Andrew, and one weekend I was enjoying the scenery on the sidewalk, and I decided to go for it. I shook like a bowl full of jelly. It seemed unlikely for a while, but the muscles developed, and eventually I was doing much of this for about 9 years. Now it doesn't come so easy, but not the active part. It is the getting up and going out to do it that is the most difficult it seems. But it is so good to see you having fun at it.
