For anyone looking for "Dungeon Keeper 3", absolutely just get War for the Overworld, it isn't DK3 but I can't really think of a single thing that'd be different if it wasn't. KeeperFX is a good shout of course and Evil Genius (more likely its sequel) I can endorse. The rest I'd have to tell you when I play the 5 I just added to my wishlist. (basically any without the word "Roguelike" being uttered).
i always thought it was strange how 99% of genres constantly push for visual fidelity with new technology, and meanwhile, every single "dungeon keeper" like game that's come out over the past 15 years has had the graphical fidelity of an Overlord 1 beta.
I think "Driftland: The Magic Revival" could deserve a mention too. Basically very alike to Majesty, but more modern, with how heroes having free will so you have to incetivise them to got do stuff. Has multiple races (4 races, if I remember right, is a while since I played it by now), the interesting twist is that you build your kingdom in the sky, on floating islands, and can use magic to try and move the islands close enough together, that you can build bridges, to permanently connect them, or there are also spells that allow to make magical games, to connect over longer distances, but the gates can be destroyed. On top of that it might as well be worth mentioning that, the original DK 1 and 2, is part of the initial batch of games in the new GOG preservation program, that well GOG, announced not long ago, where they really double down on commiting to getting old games to run on modern systems
I need a video like "Top 12 Games Like Dungeon Keeper 2", I know DK1 is great, but for those who started playing from DK2, the DK1 graphics is unacceptable.
dude, Impire has a 46% on Steam. Now I don't always trust reviews on steam but I read several and the game just sounds like crap. You should probably mention how much the games you list in your videos suck. I have started to wonder if you are getting paid by these dev companies to praise their games. I have watched several of your videos and well you sound like a used car salesman.

i dont like the art style and missions are meh.
WTFO is the true successor to the Dungeon Keeper series exactly
KeeperFX is insanely cool, thanks for sharing!
Glad you like it!
Fun to jump back in the DK space! Enjoy LT Gamers!
Never heard for Keeper FX... currently installing it. Thanks for the info LT.
Enjoy it mate!
You missed two absolute gems of the genre! Overlord I and II! How dare you!
Although sliding into a different genre but same evil boss theme: Overlord is worth playing. Minions before Minions

I don't know this one, great suggestion! - Tom
I have never encounter a game to be like DK, i always wanted Dungeon Keeper to have a remaster.
Try KeeperFX it is pretty close to this
I wanted to play DK1 with fixes, but kinda scared by difficulty it brings...

They all look soulless and childish...
